Best Dentist I have ever been to. I chose to come here after I had a horrible experience at a different dentist, and let me tell you I will never go anywhere else now! All of the staff are so kind and they make sure you are comfortable. My hygienist Susie was so gentle and professional. Front desk Anna is super friendly. Dr. Ramkrishna Nallapaneni is very knowledgeable and personable. He never fails to go out of his way to make sure his patients are comfortable and consistently shares information and allows the patient to be part of the decision-making process. He even calls his patients to check on after procedure care on weekends, that i have not seen any dentist doing the same. (He went above and beyond that day, helping me keep my kids occupied while I was there for a quick visit.) As someone who previously greatly disliked going to the dentist, I must admit that Dr. Ram has changed that around for me. I recommend this place to everyone!

The main dentist hurt me. Ive Never ever been hurt by a dentist before that doctor! And just for a cavity!! Scared of dentist for the first time in my life! I Had my share of cavities when I was younger too.. so Im not a chicken.. The man who use to own it is a great dentist and person but he sold it to a man who isnt good at even numbing cavities so.. I go elsewhere! The previous owner / great dentist is only semi-retired so "Sometimes" he takes patients(where the good reviews come from) !!Good Luck getting to see him, hes usually vacationing!! If you go here Dont make a Saturday appointment they dont always show up and then they charge you if you ever miss an appointment.

Ive been coming to this practice for over 20 years! What do I love about it? The personal staff. Ive been seeing the same smiling faces (Receptionist, Ann; Hygienist, Gloria; and Dentist, Dr. Unger) year after year. And more-recently, Ive met the new face of Dr. Ram. As a team, they run a great practice: -My appointments are always punctual and run smoothly. -Ive never had any billing errors. -The dental care is excellent. -Ive recently observed some new technologies (e.g. digital x-rays) incorporated in my care. Riverside Family Dental is a great place for dental care. I have been a patient in this location for years and have always received excellent dental care and great respect from the staff. Dr Ram is efficient and a great dentist. Ann is welcoming and great at helping you understand your insurance coverage. Best dentist i have been till now. Dr Ram removed one of my teeth just in a fraction of seconds that has to extract. I didnt even realize that he had removed it. I think he had some technique to do it easily . I even had root canal and filling. He spends quality of time for patients. Most importantly there was no wait time. I visited 4-5 times till now for cleaning, root canal and filling. There was no wait time at all. Front desk people also very friendly.

Congratulations to Dr Ram & his team, a highly recommended place for all your dental needs. I had a Root canal, deep cleaning and will have Crown in few months time. Friendly, professional, skilled, interested, honest, youthful, convenient, and I saved a very considerable amount of money over what the cost would have been in the USA. I highly recommend, and would do it all over again in a moment with no hesitation.

Today as usual I had a wonderful experience at Riverside Dental. Ann always happily greets me and asks how am I doing. Suzie came out right away and took me to the back. Everyone is always nice and friendly. After my cleaning, Dr. Rom came in to check. My appointments are always right on time. The doctors and staff are always so accommodating. The office does a great job. See you in six months.

Affordable because their receptionist, Ann, assists the patients to get very inexpensive discount plans. I save hundreds yearly using my $59/ annual discount premium which is good for all of my household members. The dentists are top notch. Painless and more important efficient. No complications. My favorite part of my dental visits is the smiling faces and congeniality of all the dental team.

Not a fan of going to the dentist, but Riverside really makes me feel comfortable. Everyone is friendly and thoughtful and the doctors are conversational and caring. We hope to move far up north in the next few years, but I could see myself scheduling visits south in coordination with dentist appointments so I could continue going to Riverside.

I like the fact that the latest equipment is being used.I really appreciate the receptionist"s making sure to remind us of our appointments. They"re very accommodating to my schedule as well.
