My experience at the Mount Clemens office was wonderful. Dr. Milad Chirco is such a gentle dentist. She gave extra attention to minimizing my pain, and took time to answer all of my questions. She remembered my family and asked my with all sincerity how I was doing during the anniversary of my late husbands passing. She gave me such a warm hug and I left feeling like I had a good experience instead of fearing going to the dentist. Everyone at the Mount Clemens office is so friendly and caring from Renee at the front desk to Aseel when she very gently took my X-Ray. I would recommend this team to everyone. I think Dr. Milad and the staff at the Mount Clemens office of the Dental Group goes above and beyond to provide a great experience.

About 6 years ago I had a horrible experience with a prior dentist which made me terrified of ever going to a dentist again. A little over a year ago I had an emergency and needed to go to a dentist asap. When I found this dentist, at first I was sceptical about it because I absolutely did not like dentist offices. When I came in everyone was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. Since that first time coming here Ive had practically my entire mouth worked on. Even when they did my root canals I didnt feel a thing and they worked with me and explained how everything would go. I am very thankful I found this place. This is my dentist for life and I would recommend this dentist to anyone who is in need. They are the best.

Ive been here quite a few times in the past year. It sounds cliche, but dentists scared me to death. When I finally went in all the staff was very nice and non judgmental. No one ever gave me a lecture about it being so long since I had a check up and no one ever made me feel ashamed and so forth. Everyone was and always has been very nice to me, from the receptionists all the way up to the good Doctor herself. Ive recommended the practice to my friends who share a similar fear of dentists. Also, since I started going in, my fear has almost completely dissapeared. I would like to say thank you to all the staff at the Mount Clemens location. They helped me tremendously.

I just called to schedule an appointment and the receptionist could not understand the spelling of my last name. (I believe the language barrier was due to her accent) She then became frustrated and quite rude, and after 4 attempts to repeat myself, she told me that this miscommunication was my fault because I was not being clear. After sensing the complete rudeness on her end, I explained that I would not be scheduling this appointment, and that I would find another dentist! I believe that some serious customer service skills are needed at this office and the dentists are losing patients due to their rude staff!

This goes on yesterdays experience with my fitting for my dentures. The man was very rough on me, he had a God aweful smell to him and I have serious doubts that the equipment he used was sterile. It was brought to me open, looked and smelled used. He didnt really explain himself or what he was doing. The other part was there were bugs crawling all over the room. The office is good and the rest of the staff are great but the person in charge of fittings was the absolute worst. So my rating is for my last visit.
