I came in on time 1 pm appointment we waited until 15 after to be seen then I wait a few minutes and run to grab some food for 5 min and my son calls me to tell me there not going to see him because I left I was literally in the parking lot at that time and was taken back to an office and told his appointment was cancelled and my child would have to remain in pain for a few more days... I told the ladys they were real pieces of work I was amazed and started calling DDSs all over waynesville no one had ever heard of refusal of treatment when the patent and parent was their and needed it and on time they said his appointment block had passed...? I waited in the lobby 15 min he was in the chair for 20 and still had time? What in the hell is wrong with this place if I cant leave the office then why not have a sign up saying that and why not allow me to accompany my child to have needles and drills jammed in his mouth.... Nevertheless I asked if they read the Hippocratic oath they took to become a DDS because they are refusing treatment to a child in pain with a met appointment and I got alot of apologies and they call in the owner to take Care of my child. Still, I will never be back.

They are very kind and do a professional job while also treating the patient with kindness and respect . On the other hand they gossip while working on your teeth. Once we had to ask them to change the tv station because there was a VERY inappropriate show on. Dr. Tish is THE best.

Very nice while your there it has been over two months since I have been referred to a surgeon and havent heard nothing, Ive call multiple times and no answers to why its taking so long you tell them your in pain but all they say is you have to wait...
