I was a patient for roughly 3-4 years. During that time I had a few cavities filled and regular cleanings with no complaint. The admins and dentists were helpful. Roughly 2 years ago I had a crown placed on a molar, a root canal (not performed by Whetstone), and then this crown/root canal filled. Fast forward to now and the crown has broken loose. I requested a refund for this as I dont believe the crown should have failed (which it did fail according to my new dentist and insurance provider who reviewed x-rays). This was rejected by Whetstone and I was offered a 30% cost reduction in a crown replacement. Obviously the cost is a concern, but why would I return to a dentist who had performed low quality work in the first place? A crown placement procedure is covered by most insurance providers once per tooth every 4-5 years. Mine lasted half of that time with no trauma to the tooth. This place is fine for your regular and common dental needs, but if you are in need of a more comprehensive procedure yod be better off researching other options. I wish I would have.

This place is just awful. Very high turnover of staff (excluding dentists) and incredibly disorganized. Also had lingering issues after having some work done--doc guarantees me that nothing is wrong even though I can still feel pain.

Drilled and filled the same cavity 3 times. Still in pain. Wasnt in pain before they drilled the first time. Would not recommend for more than a cleaning and will not return.

Ive been going here for 20 years. The dentist is never a great experience but I always get good care. I also can get in quickly if I have an emergency.
