I made my appointment they said they were booked 3 months out, I saw this as they are probably as probably hard to get in bc they are so good! They called me up and said if your free come in today and we will fit you right in, weve had some cancelations. After I waited 2 hours in the waiting room, next to some very sketchy stinky people, one that was falling asleep being loud and obnoxious he was obviously high on something (who they still took back in office!!!) they told me they wanted to do X-rays. I am 16 weeks pregnant and dont see X-rays as an important thing at this point told me they couldnt give me a definitive disgnoses without X-rays. This is just a regular 6 month checkup for me, nothing going on just wanted my checkup, they were rude and kept questioning why I refused X-rays. The dentist came in and looked in my mouth for less than a minute and said, asked if I was having problems and said thanks for coming in, he was good in my opinion but I cant reccomend his name bc he didnt introduce himself. My appointment was yesterday morning and my gums are still so sore today. The hygienist nicked almost every part of my mouth. Even when I winced in pain or said "Ow!" She had no simpathy and never apologized and just kept on hitting my gums! When I spit it was straight blood. I floss everyday and this never happens. After this I asked if they were going to do a Fluoride treatment she said no it was uncommon at their office, my old dentist did it once a year. She said if I wanted it she could charge me $20. I kept asking what do you reccomend but she couldnt give me a definite answer, this is their job! I dont know what is best bc I am not a trained hygienist, just really felt like she should ask the doctor or at least say yes I think its a good idea, or no you dont need it. Needless to say I left without making a follow up appointment.

Special thanks to Dr. Oswald and her assistant Chelsea for working on my teeth today. They were very fast and efficient. I have no pain from the visit and I love the work they did. I would highly recommend this dental group to anyone. They are very knowledgeable and advise you of what is best for you, not just what makes them the most money. I have severe dental issues and so I need many different procedures done, thankfully they are able to do all of them at their office.

Worst dental group ..I have ever used...they dont care about your time..make an appointment for 1 pm they may get to you at 2 and then tell you thats is gonna take 1hr to 1 1/2 hrs almost 2. 1/2 hrs later still not done..they get paid for there time ..mine not important to them...I will take mine and my familys dental work else were .....its just horrible

Worst dental group I have ever been to. They are never prepared. Trying to make an appointment is a hassle. They can never find me or my records in the system and have wasted a lot of my time with pointless visits
