I walked into the building a HUGE skeptic because of the countless negative dental experiences Ive had. I put off going to the dentist for months because I just figured theyd tell me Id have to get another root canal. My previous dentist treated me as if I were purchasing a used car and actually sent a salesman in at the end of my appointment. Long story short, a few thousand dollars later I had to get a root canal, which I didnt actually need. The ladies at the front dest of Gentle Dental saw my hesitance and were so sweet and reassuring. Sure enough, I visited Dr. Farrokhrooz who most certainly was a gentle dentist. He took his time and thoroughly evaluated my mouth and addressed my concerns. He suggested I take care of the tooth that was causing me pain (which was only a filling) and that if I didnt want to get the other cavities filled yet, that was absolutely up to me. I ended up getting all of them filled a few weeks later and was 100% satisfied with the office. I LOVE this place and have been sharing how amazing it was with all of my co-workers and family. Not only was the service flawless from all I crossed paths with, but its affordable! If youre new to the area or are just looking for a new dentist, trust me when I say Dr. Farrokhrooz is your man.

I am the type of person their talking about when the say afraid of the dentist. I have had some bad experiences in the past and had a lot of apprehension about visiting Gentle Dental. After discovering I had a broken tooth I made an appointment with Dr. Farrokhrooz. We discussed some of the options available to prevent the pain and anxiety associated with the procedures. I left with some hesitation because of my previous experiences. They always seem to promise NO PAIN, then you leave miserable. With strong encouragement from my wife I took an appointment to have a portion of the work done, and I left completely PAIN FREE. That has never happened to me in my life and Im 45 years old. The professionalism and care I received from Dr. Farrokhrooz and his staff was great from start to finish. their follow through was perfect everything went exactly as they described. I finished my follow up appointment a couple of days latter and experienced absolutely no discomfort at either visit. Dr. Farrokhrooz is definitely our new family doctor. Thank you. Paul D. The worst experience Ive had at a dentist. I changed over from Stein Dental because they was so expensive, but sometimes you get what you pay for. I was referred by my friend to Gental Dental. Went in for a root canal and he say he couldnt finish because my root is curved so I needed to come back. Before I could return for my appointment I woke up out my sleep crying because my tooth was hurting me. Called the next morning and he gave me ibuprofen and antibiotics. One day after I woke up out my sleep crying again. (Tooth pain is no joke) I couldnt work and had to call out both days. Went in the next morning and he proceeded to finish the root canal after being in pain several days. He gave me the shot to numb my mouth and it didnt work, he gave me more and it still didnt work. Then he proceed to try and continue with the procedure until I started to holler. He finally came to his sense and knew he couldnt perform the procedure and transferred me to an Edodontic Specialist. The reason for the 2 stars because he seen me every time I called.

Poor quality!!!! I had a crown in September. It is falling out!! It came loose in April - Didnt even last 8 months!! They used up ALL my insurance, & now dont have any insurance money left to fix it, which requires a bridge or implant. Costing me thousands of dollars. I asked them to reimburse me for the crown, & they are not taking accountability. NOT happy! They even charged me for the checking to see when it started falling out - like no guarantee .(I called to tell them what was going on, & they said "come on in"... I would have expected them to check that out of courtesy.. I think a real professional would have. I am only money to them. I think a crown is suppose to last longer than 8 months! & I definitely feel like I got jerked around!

I was hesitant to return to a dentist after my last experience after a different dentist about 5 years ago. I knew I picked a good place when they listened to my concerns and worked with and for me. The tech at Gentle Dental was gentle and was quick with the numbing ointment as soon as she saw me wince! I was impressed and thankful! I also had my wisdom teeth extracted in January and it was a great experience. No pain and no problems. I returned for my follow up and was happy to show them how well I healed thanks to their great service! I was also impressed by their technology. I liked that I could look at my teeth on the TV screen and not have to simply rely on what they tell me. I liked being to see for myself. I would recommend this dentist!

I have always been a dental phobic. The first time I went for treatment Dr Farrokhrooz gave me some Valium to take before my appointment. the Dr and his staff are amazing! Compassionate and very understanding. After 2 visits I no longer needed the Valium because I KNOW Dr Farrokhrooz will not hurt me. He is a very kind and patient man.He even called me on a weekend after a procedure to make sure I was ok. All the staff are friendly and understanding. The hygienist Rashanda does an amazing job and once again no discomfort. The best dental practice Ive ever been to. They even stay open in the evening for people who work. I can honestly say I have no worries about dental visits any longer. Thanks Gentle Dental!

I got dentures, i was really worried and stuff because i still had twenty five teeth to pull. Had alot of talks with the dentist, the way he talked and looked at me i could tell he REALLY cared and was thinking hard how to make everything just right. When i went to have the teeth pulled, it was great, everything went well, i didnt feal anything, i was so very happy with how it went. And now through the healing process he listens to everything i tell him and works hard to make it right, every little thing, mostly just the rubbing though :) I am super impressed, Me and my Husband will continue to go here for as long as we need anything dental. Thank you so much Dr. Farrokhrooz!!!!!!

Dr. Farrokhrooz and staff are consummate professionals. Dr. Farrokhrooz has completed several procedures for me to include an extraction, to which I have yet to experience one ounce of pain. Never had the need for any pain medication. My fears are no more due to this Dentist and his amazing staff. Seriously,if you have any fear of a Dentist Office or chair, Go here one time and that will all go away. Simply an Awesome experience all the way around, I dont mind paying for the treatment, usually paying a dentist visit was kinda weird, paying someone to drill on your teeth and cause pain??? That is not the case here, Highly reccomend!!
