What an absolutely amazing Dental team! Unfortunately throughout my entire appointment they had to hear a mouth full when I went down my resume of my 8+ year experience in working in the Dental field (and I know first hand how annoying that can be). However having that experience made it easier for me to compare my customer service experiences and to utilize my knowledge in understanding treatment with previous companies that Ive worked for or have been a patient of. I really appreciate them for dealing with me in the most polite and patient way, because theres no patient or customer like a patient or customer who is in the same field. I knew what I was going to hear today when I sat down in the chair even before the doctor assessed me, same with the hygienist. I was looking for a team of professionals who were knowledgeable and who would make me feel comfortable. Dr. Fred, Kathleen, Michelle, Bri, Roxanne, Daniele and Valerie exceeded my expectations and beyond, but not just with their outstanding customer service; I really respect their honesty and them not trying to convince me I needed a bunch of treatment I know I wouldnt need. The way everything was explained to me by the clinical staff and the way it was shown to me with the digital x-rays and periodontal probings made it easier for me to be accepting of the treatment as well. I understood what was necessary and didnt have to be bombarded with a treatment plan including all of the not so necessary or "must have" gizmos & gadgets Im so use to selling or being convinced to buy. From my observations it seemed every patient in the office was treated with the same honesty & respect. It was great getting to know each of them a little on our first encounter & I was so thrilled to be offered a same day Dental cleaning by Kathleen (who has the most gentle hands) and same day Dental work by Bri, Valerie, and Dr. Fred. I felt important & valued as a patient and not like I just had a dollar sign over my forehead. Everyone presented themselves in a very professional and positive manner, including the warm welcoming smile I received from the other Gentleman Dental Assistant as he pulled back the patient scheduled before me. I almost wish my mouth needed more work than it really does so I could spend more time at this Dentist office (and who ever says that?) Phone calls are always being answered, appointment reminders are given more than once, and convenient payment plans are available and offered. It would be great if they offered an in house discount membership for patients without insurance because that would really put the cherry on top, but regardless every other effort was made and every expectation was exceeded. I pray every experience is as great as this one and I look forward to being a long term patient of the Brandon Aspen Dental team.

Aspen Dental was fantastic from start to finish. Friendly and prompt service from the staff from the moment I walked in. Very little wait time at all after arriving for my appointment. Ive waited 1+ hours at my previous dentist even with an appointment . Everyone was extremely pleasant and professional while still maintaining a relaxed atmosphere to help with any nervousness that a looming dental visit can trigger. It felt like visiting with friends. Dr. Jay is extremely efficient during procedures and knowledgeable of a wide array of dental plans fit just for you. He takes extra time and care to explain all aspects of the work being done and will put your mind at ease as well as answer any questions you may have. He is easily one of the top dentists in the area. Dr. Jay didnt actually do any of my work but Dr. Fred and his staff couldnt have spoken more highly of him during my three visits. Dr. Jay will continue to be my go to dentist discussed while Dr. Fred is turning my teeth back into something to smile about!

The staff was friendly from the start and smiled, something important at a dentists office I think. I didnt have to wait around excessively. I could tell the people that work there cared about detail and me as a patient. I went in for what I expected to be just a exam/consultation at no charge, but they asked if I wanted one of the procedures done that day. I was surprised and happy to get it done and they did fantastic, I didnt feel any pain during the procedure! I believe I remember a sign that said walk-ins welcome. I thought it would be super expensive, but their prices are great too!

I was very impressed with every aspect of my visits. Everyone is so helpful and courteous. Total professionals. I would highly recommend the Aspen Dental group to anyone who is still trying to face the fact that you need help now! Meet with the skilled staff and be confident they will be able to prepare a plan to suit your needs. I have never felt so comfortable in a dentists office.

They took their time to answer all my questions and address my concerns. The dentist was very professional and made me feel at ease. I cant say enough good things about this business. We were referred to Aspen Dental by friend. So, I sent my sister in law to accompany my mother for her first set of dentures. When I got home later that evening I was extremely surprised to see my mom with her new dentures. She told me that they did not let her leave until she had her new dentures. Thank you, Aspen Dental for taking such wonderful care of my mom. You all ROCK!!

I would give it a 5 start rating. But Because I was told the wrong price for a tooth removal, I have to give it a 3 star. Other than that, staff was nice friendly and funny. Shout out to the receptionist and the pregnant woman who took my x rays (Im bad with names, Im sorry lol) assistant that was helping as well lol.

Place was great staff was awesome...i got my tooth removed from them yesterday and it was easy,smooth, and painless ...i recommend thus place if anyone needs any kind of dental done... only thing i wasnt happy about its i did not get a lollipop before i left...ha ha GREAT JOB GUYS THANK YOU!!!!!!

The entire staff is truly amazing. Michelle, Monterre, Lavora, Kris, Stephanie were all great. Extremely friendly and ensured I was taken care of. I recommend this Aspen Dental to anyone looking for a great experience at a really great price. Sorry if I misspelled anyones name.
