Our daughter just had her impacted wisdom teeth extracted. Dr. Beltran is probably the most competent and patient doctor we have ever encountered! During our initial consult, he took the time to clearly explain the extraction process as well as inform us of all the possible risks and outcomes. Throughout the entire process-- including up until he was ready to actually perform the procedure-- not once did we feel rushed. He answered all our questions, made sure we understood everything and that we were comfortable with the steps involved. Our questions and concerns were never belittled; we received earnest and straightforward answers. Dr. Beltrans office was very well run. His staff was respectful, dignified, and very helpful. At my request, they made additional calls transfer one of my daughters prescriptions from one pharmacy to another. They did this without any sign of annoyance or inconvenience. After my daughters surgery, they also called to check up on her condition. Dr. Beltrans instructions for post-surgical care for my daughter were clear and we carefully followed his instructions for the following week. My daughter has already returned from her follow up appointment. Everything turned out perfectly. Going to a dentist to have teeth surgically removed can be a very traumatic experience. We appreciate the fact that our daughter was treated with dignity. My daughter was very happy with her experience at Beltran Dental Surgery. My husband and I are very happy. There is not one thing in our entire experience that warrants any criticism. One more note to add regarding our experience with Beltran Dental Surgery: My husband, my daughter and I felt that it was not just a BUSINESS, Dr. Beltran and his staff genuinely care. Thank you Dr. Beltran! We will not hesitate to recommend you to anyone in need of your services.

I removed all my wisdom teeth about a week ago. Today I can positively say everything went perfectly. The doctor was great, and made sure I was comfortable with everything, he took his time explaining everything including the procedure and all my options. I have to mention his staff as they were more than willing to help with anything imaginable. I had trouble verifying my insurance and they kept calling them and then me for 2 days until informing me of what they did, and then they were able to confirm that they verified me. They were fantastic from the first day. During the procedure, the doctor kept talking to me, ensuring that I felt nothing, and once I did, he stopped and numbeded me just to make sure I felt no pain during the procedure. Every step of the way he would explain what he is about to do so I can be ready. It was a painless experience. I took the medication as the doctor prescribed and followed what he told me to do after the surgery, and everything went great. And his staff, you genuinely felt that they would go above and beyond to help you. I felt like they cared about me and my concerns and tried to address any situation professionally. Incredible man and doctor, incredible nurses and staff, you will be in safe hands!!!

Beltran Dental Surgery is FANTASTIC!! I cannot say enough good things about this office. I had oral surgery here on 11/10/14 to get all four of my wisdom teeth removed and the whole experience was excellent, from consultation to the follow-up appointment after the surgery. The office is very clean and presentable. The reception staff is extremely polite and welcoming, especially Luisa. The dental staff is extremely accommodating and professional - especially Laura, she is so personable and funny, she made me feel extremely comfortable (and I was very nervous!!). Dr. Beltran himself was very welcoming, professional, and extremely thorough with explaining the procedure and what to expect for my surgery. I was very impressed with everything at this office, and I would come here again in a heartbeat if I had any more dental issues. I would recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a very professional and reasonably priced dental office.

Called in severe pain this morning to make an emergency appointment. I explained my problem to the woman who answered the phone and waited for a reply. When a few seconds went by without one, I asked if she was still there, assuming the call had dropped. But she simply replied "Yes." and then remained silent. So I asked if she could help and she replied with a lengthy "ummm..." before telling me itd be about 2 weeks before I could be seen. I dont know what was more frustrating, the fact that the person answering the phone gave off such a strong Wtf do you want us to do about it kind of vibe, or that the site said they handle emergencies but apparently define an emergency as something that can wait 2 weeks before being handled. So sorry to bother you, lady on the phone. I assure you I never will again and certainly wont recommend that anyone I know waste their time, either.

One funny human nature is we like to complain the bad things more than we praise good behavior I had been here for a wisdom tooth extraction about a year ago. This is one of the best health care experience I ever had. Before I came to Dr. Beltran, I did have a recommended surgeon from another not so good dentist (Dr.D) in Route 56 of Wesley Chapel. After I did initial consultation with that recommended surgeon, which was lasted no more than a minutes, I decided to find another one in New Tampa. So I tried Dr. Beltran. First I was impressed by his thorough and caring consultation, Dr. Beltran is nice and patient for my tons of questions with his profound knowledge and experience. The extraction performed smoothly way above my expectation. The recovery was about 1 week. This is the dental Surgeon you want.

My friend recommended this place to get my wisdom teeth removed, saying they were the best. He was right. This place is wonderful! Everything from the consultation, to the procedure itself, which would typically horrify me, was much more pleasant than I could have ever expected. The staff is very kind, and the Dentists themselves are wonderful well spoken individuals that make you feel calm and well taken care of. I am literally terrified of the dentist, but not these guys! I think they may have cured my phobia towards possible future visits to the dentist. They have specials and options to help you out if you are looking for an economical solution that wont compromise quality. There are not enough thanks I can give to this office for my positive experience. Highly recommended!

Dr. Beltran and his team are all extremely friendly and efficient. The waiting room is one of the nicest Ive seen, and during the consultation everything was very clearly explained. Dr. Beltran went through exactly what would be done, even drawing over the X-rays so I could visually see what he was describing. I opted for the oral sedative with nitrous and local anesthesia for wisdom tooth extraction, and they made absolute sure I couldnt feel anything during the procedure. Even better was that I recovered quickly- I had an afternoon appointment, but was eating soft foods (mashed potatoes and ground beef) by 7pm that same day. You will not regret having any work done by Dr. Beltran, I would absolutely come back for any oral surgery needs.

After reading every review on the net, we were a little wary to go Dr Beltran. But after calling local dental offices for referrals, we decided to set up an appointment. We were very impressed by Dr Beltrans professionalism and he was very informative. The staff were very comforting, informative, professional and kind. We went through with the surgery a few days later and everything went smoothly. The staff never left my girls side which helped calm her because i wasnt allowed back during the surgery. A few hours after the surgery they called to check up of my girl and adjusted her medication. We are glad we decided to go with Dr. Beltran and already have referred others to him. 1 out of 10 id give them 20. Highly Recommended!!!
