Worst experience ever at a dentist. I left work early due to an emergency toothache. I called them in advance to make sure someone could see me. When I got there was no patients in the wait room. The ladies at the front desk seem to be having fun with "girl talk" time. So much so they couldnt find my insurance provider. Which happens to be blue cross/shield. That should tell you something right there about this place, but I was in pain and had no choice but to wait. Finally was seated nurse took a look asked some questions and waited for the doctor some more. When he finally showed up he literally took two seconds in my mouth and recommend to pull two wisdom teeth and left the room!!!! Im no dentist but shouldnt that have taken a lot longer to determine? I left with small anitbiotic prescription fit for a 3 year old not a 30 year man. I called back today to inform them the pain is still there and there initial 24hr quote has turned to 4 days and counting. The front desk told the dentist about my condition. When she came back on the phone she said the doctor would like to come back so he can take another look at it. Lol are you kidding me maybe if you took more than 30 seconds to diagnose the problem I wouldnt need to comeback and I would probably better by now. Told him dont bother Ill find a real dentist.

I am really surprised by the negative reviews on here about this office. The staff has always been extremely nice and professional when Ive been there, which has been since they opened the office. Ive had several visits so Im not basing my review on just one or two. Dr. Brito is very polite, gentle, and is an excellent dentist in my opinion. Maybe a little quiet but that shouldnt be interpreted as rude or lacking of a bedside manner. As Ive gotten to know him hes been friendly and has always been very good at explaining things to me. I also like that they dont chastise you if youre not the best at flossing, lol, and that they dont try to push products on you like some other offices have done to me in the past. They have excellent hours which is conducive to professionals that need later hours. I highly recommend this office to anyone and as many times as Ive been to a dentist in my lifetime, I had braces for 3 years, I know a good dentist from a bad one.

With an appointment made, they will attend to you really fast. But the two times that I went for cleaning they didnt clean my permanent retainer and it was painful. They only have one orthodontist- one that doesnt go to the Riverview office, and he doesnt take any patients with retainers. He told me I had to find someone to take it out before he could see me. That just sounds like hes not too good at what he does.

Clean and neat. Dental cleaning staffs and the doctor are nice & professional; HOWEVER, one front office staff (white) is very rude and not professional. She needs some basics of customer service . The forms we fill at the first visit doesnt include their dental office name anywhere in those papers. We write our personal info and social security numbers on those papers.

I have been known to freak out in any situation concerning dentists. Dr. Sibel Arditi and assistant Kimberly were very understanding and really nice. I had a better time than most of my other dentist experiences. I also wrote down my concerns and other thing concerning my teeth and they were very understanding and it helped them to help me in the best way.

The front office staff treated me like I was a second rate citizen every time. The doctor only spoke to the tech, never me. Ive been there five times. NEVER AGAIN and I still have $7000 to spend. Too bad for them.

I called because my dad is having pain in his jaw. I waited over 5mins. on hold. That is unexcitable for any doctors office.
