I have been going to Dr. Dubos office since before he took it over from Dr. Wine. I loved Dr. Wine, but I love Dr. Dubos and his staff even more! I have referred and brought numerous people to him over the years, including friends, my father, kids, and husband. They all love him, his office staff, and that they all keep up with the ever-changing dental field. They treat us with respect and make our visit pleasant. I end up catching up with some of the staff and laughing while there. They have always worked with me on my payments (offered different options) even when Ive needed something done like a crown. Also, Ive never had to wait long when needing in for an adjustment or if my temporary came off. He has even called me when I had a longer procedure done to make sure I was doing ok. Who does that these days? That, to me, is going above and beyond with customer service! To the lady who is complaining, Im not sure who you are or where you or your son went, but you clearly didnt go to Dr. Dubos or you are just one person who likes to complain about anything and everything and everything for free! And if your daughter is a dental assistant and they supposedly dont charge, why didnt your son go there? And how old is your son? If hes under 18, you should have been there. If over 18, welp, sorry lady, hes an adult, he needs to man up and deal with adult issues and tell mama step back and be a big boy. - End rant.

Beware!! Make sure to get estimates for any and all dental procedures. My son got a crown in October of 2014. This week his crown came loose. He was charged $102 to re-cement crown and $31 for x-ray. Why was he charged anything? The x-ray was not necessary. The tooth had a root canal. They knew that. He was not informed of any charges until the appointment was over. They also knew he had no dental insurance. The girl at desk told him to have his mom pay for it. Really! When I called office to discuss, they were not helpful. I was told by Amy, that every dentist office charges to re-cement. And they were the cheapest around. When I questioned that, they insisted their price was lowest. I still thought such arrogance! My daughter is a dental assistant in Clintonville. There is no charge to re-cement for current patients. Three other offices I called were all either free or under $100. So they also lied. Left message with Amy for Dr. Dubos to call me. He did not. I know the dentist industry is tough now due to lack of patients with insurance, but come on! Lets just not rip patients off! We wont be back!!! Poor professionalism. Costly lesson.

My first experience with Dr. Dubos office was after I had a bad crown placed by another dentist. The tooth (one of my top, front teeth) looked like a chiclet and it was rough as sandpaper. I was not willing to go back to the dentist who placed it because I knew it was not going to be fixed properly. Dr. Dubos was able to "size it down" and make it look more natural and buy me some time before I had to have it replaced. I have since had Dr. Dubos replace the crown, and my new tooth is very natural and smooth, as it should be. I have since been bringing my kids for cleanings, check ups and fillings. We have had excellent care and the staff is great, especially Jennifer. She is the best dental assistant you have ever met and she is as friendly as they come. Dr. Dubos is also extremely friendly, outgoing, and meticulous in his work. I would highly recommend you choose Dr. Dubos for your dental needs.

Dr. John is amazing. I am a new patient. My wife has gone to him since he opened his new location and raves about him and his staff after every visit. With her great referral and experiences, when I recently had to have a procedure done, this place was my obvious choice. I couldnt be more pleased with the expertise of Dr. John, his staff and the completed work. I honestly have trouble telling which tooth is real and which one is a cap. I recommend JJD, to anyone who is looking for a dentist. When going to a dentist can be fun, friendly, professional and affordable, then youve got a home run. They hit it out of the park!!!

My family began seeing Dr. Dubos about 1 year ago. We were looking for a practice that wasnt money crazy yet still provided up to date technology and treatment. We found that in Dr. Dubos. Our son is 6 and loves going to the dentist. The staff are always friendly and professional. We are treated as if we are their family. Much appreciation to Dr. Dubos and his staff for always taking good care of us.

This office is one of a kind. From the friendly greeting you get when you walk in the door to the easy check out at the end of the appointment. Dr. Dubos has his patients dental health as his first priority. His up to date equipment and comfortable atmosphere makes going to the dentist fun. He and his staff treats my family like their family.

Dr. Dubos is amazing!! So incredibly friendly and fabulous bed side manners! Continuously verifying that you are comfortable! Not to mention his awesome team of hygienist and assistants! Offering coffee and water in the waiting room, although Ive never waited long enough to need either! Awesome practice, outstanding people!

I am a fairly new patient to this office and love it! I received a thorough cleaning and exam at my first visit. I returned for some follow up treatment and had a second good experience. Dr. Dubos and his staff are very gentle and caring. They make sure you know exactly what is going on with your dental health.
