Poor communication and after seeing three of the doctors, Ive come to the conclusion that they were very rushed, had no time to listen and the office manager was extremely rude to us over a Co pay they neglected to tell me I owed. I owed it from 2 visits ago and they said nothing until the woman rudely confronted me about it when I came in very ill. I hadnt gotten the calls or letters she claims to have sent. All the rudeness over a few dollars ! Which I had no problem paying ! She comes across as very nasty and several people have complained. I also called prior to my appointment and was told I owed nothing. Oh and when i paid tgey wanted me to take a later appointment ! Keep in mind i could barely drive and couldnt have a baby sitter for my toddler later in the afternoon. They seem to think they are the only doctors office in Butler County. I got my referral to a specialist which is all I needed anyway since they were unable to help me so I wont have to be treated badly anymore. They are definitely not caring doctors at this practice if they think this is ok.

I cant say enough about Monroe Medical Center. Our family has been living in Monroe for over 16 years. And went three young boys we spent many visits at Monroe Medical Center. The staff is extraordinary they always seem to make the effort and helping you and your family with any medical issues. They always take the time to say hello and remember your name. We look forward to their new building in Monroe.
