Scam! I went to my first visit after not going to a dentist for years and everything went great other than them putting me under a dentist out of network so I got charged a % of the bill that should have been fully covered by insurance. I told them about it for my second routine cleaning 6 months later and they said they would make sure it was a dentist in my network and they would take care of it. Well they did not. Also after getting a clean bill of health the first appointment and them saying my teeth look fantastic I ran in to major problems 6 months later?? They told me I would need 3 major things done costing hundreds of dollars. Also I had to see a specialist. At first they said the a consultation would cost nothing then they charged me after the appointment. Also took more x-rays that when given to specialist during the appointment she said she didn’t need. So I got charged for new x-rays also. She also recommend another expensive procedure. I didn’t get any of the recommended work done and went to a new dentist office a year later. I was worried that it was going to be an expensive trip being that I needed all kinds of work done. Once I saw the new dentist they said teeth looked great and I did not need anything but my routine cleaning. American dental was friendly for my cleaning but watch if they say you need extra work done!

I would give this place NO stars if I could. A few years ago when I first when there they were pretty cool and so helpful, then they started getting new people and nobody knew how to do ANYTHING. All of the fillings in my teeth were never treated properly and just filled with silver without any real "insulation", causing tooth decay and I had to get most of them redone at my new dentist. When they did an unnecessary root canal, they kept drilling on the tooth behind that one causing more tooth decay and most likely didnt crown my tooth properly because I had to get it done 3 times.. I had to do an emergency visit with my new dentist because my teeth were hurting so bad well they had left remnants of cement between two of my molars :) if you think Im BSing this you can shoot me an email and ill happily show you my teeth. I was also allergic to the nickel in my braces and nobody acknowledged it. I do not ever suggest anyone to go here because youll waste THOUSANDS. Last time I went there some joke of a staff member there told me I was being too complicated because I was worried my infant cracked my tooth because he had hit my tooth so hard with his head so I said screw this "professional" place and left. Its a money scam and they do just enough work to get by. If you want real work done, dont go here.

Exceptional is all I can say. The nicest looking modern office I have ever seen. The staff went out of their way to make this nervous guy feel better. I ended up with two crowns for about what I expected to pay for one, nice surprise! I recommend anyone to go here, You will not be sorry.
