I am a dental assistant for 14 yrs now, I seen it all from great to terrible jobs done on patients. Because of that I literally drive to my old job In Jupiter fl where I worked 6yrs there . They are perfectionist and because of that I dont trust anyone else. I live in Ocoee and my kids needed a new dentist. one of my daughters needed like 6 fillings and I read so many good reviews about Dr.Acosta. I decided I would give it a shot. ......LET ME TELL YOU ...after my first filling with my 6yr old I referred my other daughters aunt with her 3 kids to this office.she was pleased too her kids had only cleanings but she said that the office was very friendly . Im one of those that has to see how the dentist works before allowing anyone working on my family. I took a big risk on my 6yr old because driving to Jupiter was getting rediculous but Im glad I did. Dr.Acosta did a large filling that looked as if it was into the nerve on the X-ray. I requested for him to try with no anesthetic first and he did such a great job that my daughter didnt even cry! Of course the cavity ended up not being that deep but my daughter didnt feel any pain. He took his time to avoid that. I got to see him work and he did awesome! Problem with some of these dentist are that they are too aggressive and he wasnt that at all ! Im very pleased with the entire staff starting front to back they are very friendly, professional and organized!

LOVE this office!! If I could give more stars I would. The doctor gave my children all the time they needed to feel comfortable. He interacted with them and treated even my toddler with the respect he would give an adult. I walked in expecting all bad news after dealing with spots on my sons teeth. The doctor could have easily taken advantage and made a nice bit of profit, but he was honest and never tried to scare me into unnecessary treatments. He was also incredibly patient and kind. The hygienist was also amazing. She explained every step, every tool. She got to know the kids and talked with them. She even sang a song to my shy toddler. Perfect!! No one in the office blinked an eye when I accompanied my children into the exam/cleaning room. My son was even walking in and out during his sisters visit and the staff didnt mind at all. They are wonderfully family friendly, kind, thorough, clean, and efficient. Ive honestly never been so impressed with a dental office or dentist.

Im presently on my last three days of a two-week R&R from a military deployment overseas. Today I realized that my every 3-month dental cleaning was due but my dentists office was on vacation. After googling five other dental offices in Clermont who couldnt fit me in within the next 24-36 hours, I called Dr. Acostas office. Lo and behold, three hours later I was in the hygienists chair getting my teeth cleaned! All I can say is Dolly was so thorough and professional and Dr. Acosta was fantastic! These are clearly folks who love their patients and their professions. Getting an appointment as a new patient in less than 30 minutes after calling six other local dental offices was truly a pleasant surprise. Thank you Dr. Acosta and RDH Dolly for taking care of my pressing need when I needed it most! Dios me los bendiga y prospere! I expect to be back and will make sure others are aware of your practice.

I have always had really bad anxiety going to the dentist, so when I finally got insurance again in June of last year, I put off going until I really figured I needed to. I just went to HVD and had a really great experience. Everyone was so so so nice, and they were very helpful and accommodating in regard to my dentist anxiety. They honestly gave me one of the best dental experiences that I have ever had, and for that I am very thankful. My friend referred me to them, while other friends referred me all over the place. I checked out the reviews and they really influenced my decision, as they were all pretty excellent. If you are looking for a great dentist office, this one has answered your call! I would also like to comment on how high tech they are, as well as clean! Thanks again HVD for all of your great work :-)

After being a patient here for a couple of years I thought it necessary to write a review. Quite simply, I 100% recommend this place! In my 40+ years of life, I have been to many dentists, and I can honestly say, that Hancock Village Dental is the best one that Ive ever been to. I always feel genuinely welcomed, I always feel informed, and all of my questions are always answered. The front desk, the dental hygienist, and the dentist, Dr. Acosta, all made me feel like family. They have cured me of my fear of dentists and they surely have a patient for life!!!

I live out of the state. My mother had a cracked tooth that caused her severe pain out of nowhere. I called Hancock Village Dental in the morning and they were able to see my mother on the same day for an emergency appointment and extracted her tooth. She was not a patient prior but her old dentist couldnt see her. Dr. Kasem and his team were incredibly kind and patient even though my mother doesnt speak English well. Now my whole family just transferred their dental care to this office and becoming their regular patients.

From the first time I had visited Hancock Dental I knew I was in great hands. I never trusted any doctors or dentists due to some bad experiences and dishonesty. But Hancock dental has my complete trust and my loyalty to continuously return. Everyone is amazing and I enjoy going back just to see the staff and Doctor Acosta. I live in Orlando now and dedicate to driving to Clermont I refuse to go elsewhere. Thank you Hancock dental for always continuing to make me smile when I walk in and walk out of your establishment.

Great atmosphere! Everyone in the office makes you feel as comfortable as possible and treats you like a person. I recently moved to the area and my old dentist ( Williamsburg area) was awful. They never called to remind you of appointments, you couldnt book 6 months in advance for your cleaning and you were treated like a number in that office. This place is the complete opposite! So happy that I found Hancock Village! Check them out, you wont regret it and youll see why they have so many 5 star ratings!

I have been looking for a dentist to take my kids for their first visit for months. Hancock Dental was a God sent for me. Not only did they accept my medicaid insurance, but as soon as I walked in I was greeted with big smiles from the front desk staff, they were so friendly and sweet with my kids and made their first visit great! My kids left happy and excited with their little goodie bags. Dolly Acosta and Dr.Acosta were amazing!! Thank you so much Hancock Dental, I am so grateful I found you guys.

Very good with my kids and I have a 3 year old and a 1 year old. They are fantastic! from the time you come in the door till the time you leave, they take care of everything you need and answer any questions, who needs those fancy shmancy detist offices with the ipads and all that and charge you an arm and a leg to see your kids. When it come to DENTISTRY, THEYVE GOT WHAT REALLY MATTERS. Care , compassion, knowledge, and courtesy!! well be going there for a long long while. :) A+++++++
