I was told I would have my glasses in 3-5 days. I went in on a Monday, waited until Friday and after they didnt call me, I decided to call in and ask what the problem was. I was then informed that it does NOT take 3-5 days, that it takes 10 BUSINESS days. I could have gone elsewhere and had them done cheaper and gotten them back quicker. They also offered me a pair of contact lenses to get me through until I got my glasses back, at a price of $95 - I declined, but had I known that I was lied to and that it was going to take 2 weeks to get my glasses back, I would have either taken the offer or gone elsewhere. Doctor was great, though.

If I could rate this a zero I would. Ive made two appointments with them. The first time I did they called me the next day to inform me that they were canceling it so that the doctor could leave for 2 weeks. I made a second appointment and showed up for them to have their doors locked, and the receptionist sitting in the office having a "meeting" then tell me through the window that my appointment was canceled yet again because the doctor is out until the first of the year. I feel they are unprofessional. I WILL NOT BE MAKING ANOTHER APPOINTMENT WITH THEM, NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND THEM!!
