My appointment was at 11 a.m. Finally, at 11:30 a.m., I mentioned that I drove from work and needed to reschedule. I was told I was next. But no one could tell me how long that would take. Customer service is very important to me. I took time off of work for this contact follow-up appointment. Not ONE person in the office mentioned to me that Dr. Washington was running late. Had I known I would have to wait 35-plus minutes at the start of my appointment, I would have rescheduled rather than waiting until 11:35-ish to reschedule. How would Dr. Jeffrey Musler and Associates feel if I strolled in 35 minutes late? Im having problems with my contacts that were prescribed to me and Im having headaches. This visit didnt help any of that. I am just so disappointed in their customer service.

The doctors here are careless. I was precribed the wrong prescription and could not see out of my glasses at all. The prescription was too strong. The doctor would not see me to correct the prescription he originally gave me unless I scheduled a full eye exam again for $132. So I originally paid for an eye exam that was worthless due to the prescription being incorrect and then I had to pay for another exam to fix the doctors mistake. I obviously decided not to go this route and found a new doctor.

"Dr." Dobbs refused to allow me to go back to the contact lenses I have been wearing since I was a teenager after I tried what they were pushing...unless of course you come back in for another $160 appointment.

They turned me away because I was less than 10 minutes late. BUT they allowed appointments 45 minutes after mine to already be taken care of. LAME. If you have an appointment there, DONT show up late!

The second time was a charm. Much better visit. Appointment was on time. Satisfied with the outcome and the advice I was given by Dr. Washington.
