About a 45 min. wait. They were helpful enough, and the Doctor took his time to give us plenty of information. However, the nurse present did the worst job swabbing my daughters throat for a strep test that I have ever seen or heard of. It was absolutely horrible. We have had several throat swabs done. and even at other emergent care clinics but this was just awful. She didnt instruct me or my daughter at all before she began as to what method she was going to use, then just jabbed my daughter with the Q-tip and kept ramming it down her throat. My daughter was sobbing in pain and shock. I was shocked. And my daughter has never cried from a throat swab. She hardly ever cries about any injury and she is constantly falling, getting hurt, falling off her bike etc.. I will never take her there for a strep test again.

I took my son in for a cold. My mom went with us, the entire time the doctor kept talking to my mom (my sons grandma) and not me the parent. She didnt even look at me once while telling my mom what was wrong with my child. Then go to get his cold medicine. Get him home give it to him the first day. He didnt like it but I didnt really think much of it. Then go to give it to him the second day and he spits it out and gags and starts choking.So I decided to try it and see what the problem was. It was the most horrible medicine I have ever tasted in my life. It was so bitter. I could taste it a good hour after just touching the tip of my tounge to the medicine seringe. I have no idea why she would even precribe something like that to a baby.

I went here one day after experiencing abdominal pain and fever as well as other symptoms, im 23 and the guy diagnosed me with diverticulitis and then prescribed me with two very powerful antibiotics that I suffered terrible side effects from. After months of seeing different doctors I finally found out I had ruptured ovarian cysts. Dont go there for serious stuff, just sports injuries or mild things its a waste of time an money.At least at an ER they couldve given me an ultrasound.

A few months ago my husband had the flu so we took him here, the lady at the front desk told us he didnt need a co pay. Come to find out shes dumb and doesnt know how to do her job, so instead of us paying $25 like to was suppose to be, now were getting billed $150 from collections. Completely terrible Ive also had personally bad experiences here. If a manager or someone in charge would like to get ahold of me and fix this I will gladly remove this review.
