I have been a patient of KU since around 1985 and have always appreciated the kindness and care Ive received until today. I had to make an appointment through the Residents Clinic on North Topeka. The receptionist at this location said she could get me in tomorrow and I asked if there were any openings today. She said she had an opening at 3:40. I took it! When I showed up I was told it was for tomorrow. The thing is, I could tell she was distracted with something while on the phone with me and probably missed me asking about today. i just dont think she cared.

I had been a patient for over 10 years, I thought the service was always very good. They get to know the patients, and build a repor with them as well. Dr. Ha Ta was my Dr. and she was always available to her patients. After she left the service wasnt the same anymore.
