Magan Rard

I have taken my kids there their since birth but today was the straw that broke the camels back. Receptionist Katie Scheduler was so rude and when I told her she did not have to be rude. I did not get " Im sorry, or I wasnt trying to be rude." I just got a dirty look followed by silence. They have the WORSE patient customer service and I will never go back there thanks to the Katie Scheduler for making the decision so much easier. Stay away unless u like attitude and crappy service.

The nurses have horrible attitudes very unprofessional if its not possitive feed back they will say they will have a supervisor call about your concerns and will not and they also refused my son his seizure medication. I also visited today after 3 attempts to schedule my son another check up appointment and was told to call again and still no call back. I have heard from multiple patients that say they think one of the nurses in particular is racist.

Ive been attending this clinic for over 9 years, the doctors are all amazing! But the receptionist have horrible customer service; the phone system are utterly horrible! Its so hard to get in to talk to someone yet alone get a appointment! I would strongly suggest finding another family doctor that would be easier to reach, just in case of non medical emergency!

The receptionists in front can be very rude the drs are amazing though. Dr svatty is great. She listens to concerns and actually takes time to care. The other drs have very kind and the nurses to.
