Terrible experience. Went in because I was having issues with my breathing for about two weeks and my doctor has cancelled my appointment due to weather so I went here as a last resort. The RN asked the normal questions about what issues I was having. When the PA came in, she did no tests, didnt listen to my lungs, literally did no examination of any type. Told me she thought it was anxiety and gave me a number to a doctor in Midwest City who just opened an office. She knew the number and address by heart. When I looked up the doctor, he and the PA shared the same last name. Sounded like instead of making any effort to help me, she is farming new patients for a family member with a new office. Absolutely upset and disgusted. Breathing issues are so serious and I went in looking for help and instead got treated like a product as opposed to a person in need. Will never go here again.

Went in there office the night before last and was very sick I walked out without any medicine I had a cold was up all night last night coughing and called first thing this morning to try and get some medicine I was told they would get back with me and by 3:00 this afternoon I still did not hear from them I called back and was told they were too busy and give them time. When I went in I was the only patient there thats how busy they were. I would rather not go anywhere than to go there I dont understand how people can be treated like that. I guess they just needed my money to pay employees to stand around and talk to each other......

My daughter was bleeding from her ear so we went here as it was the closest place. When we got there every staff member but one were just apathetic. When the doctor came in, I think Dr. Shelton or Sheldon, he had absolutely no bedside manner and just told us that she had a tremendous amount of blood in her ear and needed to go to her ENT doctor. That was all he offered. He was not friendly or reassuring at all. I will never go back there.

Came in for stitches, was told by front desk staff that they would not do them since the wound was over 8 hours old. On the way to the hospital to get a second opinion the wound split worse and started bleeding profusely, ended up passing out. Got to the hospital and was told by ER dr that the 8 hour rule is a myth and it needed immediate stitches. Maybe you need to update your procedures to fit with current medical science.

I had a serve sore thoat and needed to get into see a doctor fast to see if I had anything contagious. I was check in and seen within an hour of arrival and out the door with my prescription 15 mins later, with only a doctors office copay. A few days later they called to let me know about the results of my lab that had been sent out. I am in the medical profession and I found my care very timely and effiecent.

Ive been waiting for half an hour just to get a flu shot. The office is practically empty; 4 people have left and only one has been called back. Then they called back someone who came in after me. All I needed was a flu shot but I had to ask for a refund. Even when I complained they still wouldnt call us back. I was told everyone was at lunch. At 6pm.

I went in with Strep Throat. After a moderate 15 minute wait I was seen and they confirmed I had strep. Some prescriptions were written and I was given a shot of steroids in my thigh. I was out within an hour of when I walked in. Months later I find out that they charged $410 for the quick visit, of which my insurance was short and I owe $118. SRSLY?

Visited the establishment and had no issues. Front Desk for very professional, all the staff I encountered were top notch. Based on see the reviews from other facilities that are considered Urgent Care establishments I would recommend this establishment.

Terrible Doctors, cant even take care of a childs ear ache. Told him it was allergies, 4 hours later had puss in his ear, and didnt even give him ear drops. That evening had to take him to emergency room. Shouldnt have to pay for crap service.

This office has always been clean, neat, fast, friendly and on top of everything!! I always use this clinic because of the friendly staff and how fast they are at getting you in and out. Amazing place and truly highly recommended!!

Everything about this office is amazing! The aesthetics were very nice, well kept and organized. Everyone of the staff was friendly, approachable and informative. The wait time for being a new patient was almost non-existent.

$240.00 office visit charge if you have no insurance. Nice clean atmosphere. Got me in and out pretty quickly, however they waited until I was seen by the doctor to inform me that the office visit is $240.00 .
