I am giving this facility a 2-star despite having one good experience the second time. The first time was terrible. I entered the facility bleeding, and those who greeted us were kind of rude, not only to me but to all others who went there as well. I do understand that it was not a good time. We came past 10pm, and just fyi, all patients, including myself, would have probably thought about rushing to the ER many times before actually doing so, and if you feel like we should not come, I think your 24-hour facility should take a 12-hour instead. My nurse was actually okay, very accommodating and respectful. My physician wasnt, however. I was assigned to a Dr. McDaniel. They did an UTZ, UA and blood chemistries for me. The UTZ tech informed me that she cannot show me her screen and my husband was not allowed to enter her room during the examination. I wondered why but since I was in pain, I submitted to all their instructions (FYI the second time I was there, the UTZ machine was brought to my room with my husband around, consent form given and signed). After a couple of hours, the doctor came up to me with a bad diagnosis -- smiling. I do not know if she was trained that way, and I didnt mind that time, but not having to discuss with me the results of the tests, including a finding in the UA which actually yielded an infection and sent me home without medications is I think negligence on their part. I came back, gave the hospital a second chance two days later and I was treated excellently. I thought of writing this review because I do believe that the hospital is a good one, there are just some bad bunch unfortunately. That may be an appropriate treatment - for her standards -for patients not paying the hospital well. But for us who thought about going because we are in pain, and those of us who paid diligently, I do think this should not happen. A good hospital like this should not hire such professionals.

Brought my mother to the emergency room with shortness of breath and a non stop cough. After All the testing was done, they diagnosed her with liquid in her lungs and decided to keep her overnight. After 3 hours at the emergency room they came to tell us that they didnt have rooms and were Checking with another hospital. I told them that I would like to transfer her to a hospital we liked. They said they would rather keep her within they group and send us to Plaza Medical Center. We got here at 2pm. And right now is 6:49, and there are still no rooms at the hospital we were sent. So they decided to keep us within the group knowing that they didnt have any rooms, rather than sending us to the hospital we suggested. After arriving at Plaza medical center, they drew blood again, although I told them that they had just done that at the Alliance Hospital. Two hours later, I saw all the tubes with blood sitting behind her bed. When I mentioned this to the nurse (very amazing nurse Kyle) she took the samples right away and shortly after that, they sent somebody to draw more blood. When I questioned why, and if it was because they left the other ones laying unattended , she told me that they were required by the floor where she was going to be admited. Well, we are still waiting and no room yet! I understand a crowded hospital, what I cant accept is the greediness of keeping her within the same group rather than sending her to the hospital we requested. My mother is miserable right now with just one nurse trying to keep up with all the waiting patients. Bottom line, when you (Alliance Medical Center) decided to ship my mother to one of your group hospitals, you did it knowing that there were no rooms whatsoever! Not caring for the best Interest of your patients at all.

I gave birth at this hospital and while i never jad an issue with my care other than under staffed, I have insurance and was billed 3500 for my stay plus 1500 for the care of my newborn son. I have a daughter that had to have surgery (at another facility) and my son was born with kidney problems which is also requiring surgery and i have sent in paperwork to this hospital for charity just to help lower the bill or even the payments they are requiring sonce i have $13,000 in medical bills i have to pay out of pocket. They denied my $3500 bill and accepted my $1500 bill but sent a request asking for bank statements so i complied and now have received another letter requesting my credit report. Is this a scam. I had my other two kids at baylor in grapevine and they will help you with your bill and you can actually talk to someone. I will never recommend this hospital to ANYONE and i will be sure to tell everyone how they are out for every dollar you make. I have been told if i dont pay the minimum amount they require a month for each bill that they are send ing me to collections. I have 7 other medical bills im paying on and cant afford to pay them what they want. I guess collections is where I go. Go to baylor they care about you and what you can afford.

HORRIBLE! Do not take your loved one there. My elderly father with dementia and a fractured hip was not cared for by professionals. The staff who came in to move him was not aware he had a hip fracture despite the documentation on the board in his room. Did not answer call button in a timely manner. No one knew what the other one was doing. Incorrect documentation in his file, was almost given meds that were supposed to be for another patient were it not for you sister and I asking what meds he was getting. IV bags sat empty for HOURS with the alarm going off that WE were told to shut off when it starting beeping. Documented in file he has UTI..did not have UTI. Did not follow surgeons instructions for post op care. Surgeon had to call and ask why his instructions were not being followed. The woman who took him for a barium swallow was the ONLY person who had it together. A very difficult time with our elderly father was made much worse, his end of days we were busy babysitting the staff that was supposed to take care of him instead of just being his daughters and taking in as much of him as we could.
