I have had awesome experiences at this clinic until recently. My WONDERFUL PCP, Dr. Kurien, left the end of March. I was advised a doctor was taking her place in May. OK. Not a problem. When May came, I was told it would actually be June. Not what I wanted to hear, but OK. Guess what......no PCP in June....nor July...nor July... nor August. I WANT A PCP!! I have a medication issue that a Dr I saw as a substitute said it could only be handled by my PCP. I reminded him that I didnt HAVE one! He said he was sorry, but he couldnt help me. Again repeating that my PCP would have to take care of it. As a result I have been out of one of my meds since June. II spoke with the Clinic Manager twice, but nothing has changed. When/IF I get a PCP, I will be delighted to come back on here and give another Review.

this place is clean and looks nice, but because i wasnt a steam-pressed little white girl who cowered before their power. the front staff went out of their way to make sure i couldnt get in by rerouting my information to Florida,saying i needed insurance info faxed to them and confirmed by a third party (even the insurance company told me they are making this difficult on purpose).and waiting they knew i was in appointments they setup to reschedule my appointments knowing i couldnt answer the phone. then the doctor refused to treat my condition,and yelled at me from 2 inches in front of my face saying admit you did this to yourself or you will never get treatment.

The professionalism here is great. The staff doesnt talk down to you, they are extremly helpful and seem to be happier than the rest of the JPS network. I refer as many people in the area as possible to this clinic.

Always a clean environment, staff is very friendly, and Drs are very helpful, and take time to explain. Thats y I keep going there, rather than a private Drs office, even though I have insurance.

These people are so nice. They took my appointment early. Prescribed me medicine and I didnt need to ask for it. This clinic is GREAT :)
