I am continually impressed with the treatment I am receiving from Will. His office is always impeccably clean, and the ambiance is instantly soothing. Though Will is a young health care provider, he is remarkably professional with a rare amicable quality. Each visit Will thoroughly asks earnest questions and attentively listens. Will takes his time to explain the treatments and conscientious about my comfort level during the entire treatment. Will provides more than acupuncture and varies the treatments based on the current and underlining issues. He is highly knowledgable and genuine with his care. I enjoy the high-tech options he provides for his patients. As a current student and single mother, I am grateful that my appointment reminders and prescriptions are managed through e-mails. Will sends an easy to follow link that includes detailed videos of the proper way to conduct the exercises he recommends. This is a brilliant way to ensure his patients are comfortable in learning the exercises and being confident in their continued treatment. I have dealt with multiple rounds of physical therapy and medications for my chronic neck - back pain, headaches and migraines. I have sought deep tissue massages that are never quite deep enough until now! If you have any type of muscle pain DONT wait, give Will a chance and I guarantee you be PLEASED with the results!!!

Ive been a triathlete since 2005 and started racing Ironman distance in 2010. The training required to swim 2.4 miles, bike 112 miles, and run 26.2 has been taxing to my body, resulting in a number of chronic issues. Ive dealt with piriformis syndrome, severe hamstring pain, lower back and hip pain, and neck and shoulder pain. I knew my 7th Ironman in Tempe, Arizona 2016 was going to be a long day when my lower back was bothering me in the swim. It took me awhile to be able to stand up straight when I got off the bike and walked slowly into T2. It was a long run with hamstring/sciatic pain the whole way. I decided after that race I had to scale back the training and re-evaluate my goals. Im striving to get to Kona and refuse to give up! If I cant make it by speed than by the Legacy Program it will be, which requires 13+Ironman. Im a 45 year old women with two beautiful children and a very supportive husband. I just completed my 8th and 9th Ironman which were within 30 days of each other. Thanks to Will Sheppy and his amazing ability to treat my injuries with acupuncture, I was able to do them with very minimal pain! I was able to easily get off my bike and run to T2 to head out on the marathon portion of the triathlon pain-free!!! This is life changing for me! Thank you Will!

I was introduced to Will through my wife Kelly, a massage therapist that works in the same clinic. She tried an acupuncture treatment and suggested it might be helpful for back issues I was having. Fast forward a few months to a mountain bike crash where I tried making my body into a lawn dart, and my back and neck were killing me. I ended up out of work for 6 weeks to get healed up. During that time, a substantial amount of treatment was done by Will. Each visit included a new overview of what bothered me that day. Each treatment was customized to the problem of the day and wasnt limited to acupuncture. Will includes other types of treatment that compliment the acupunctures effectiveness. He researched different types of physical therapy and emailed links for instructions on exercises to strengthen the injured muscles around my spine. Will also introduced me to Bikrams Yoga as another way to help speed my healing. During the 6 weeks I was off, the treatment from Will, a few chiropractic adjustments, massage, visits to Dr. Zia (in the same clinic), and yoga; my entire back is in better shape than it has been in at least 15 years!

I was training for a half marathon and began to have hip pain that made it difficult to run. A coworker recommended Will to me and told me about the great things he was doing for her. On my first appointment I told Will about my pain and that I have had problems with a tight piriformis in the past. He had me perform different movements to help assess my issue. He advised me on stretches and different things that I could do during my runs so that I could keep training. After my first acupuncture treatment I was able to run again after three weeks of not being able to train. On my second appointment Will assessed my progress. He was very intuitive and based on my symptoms determined that my hamstring was causing my hip problem. He then began to treat my hamstring in conjunction with my hip. I am now able to run and will be able to complete my half marathon. Will really made a difference for me. Thanks Will!

A truly wonderful experience! Will is a patient, compassionate, and knowledgeable practitioner. I have been in pain for over 4 years from a neck and back injury. I have spent much time and money for chiropractics and physical therapy over the last several years with some improvement. After only my second visit with Will I left without any pain in my body for the first time in years! Truly an amazing feat! Will is a thoughtful listener and a good communicator. He creates an environment that is peaceful, clean, and very comfortable. It is a very relaxing experience and I am so amazed with the results!

Amazing!! Ive had shoulder problems for as long as I can remember. For the last eight years Ive combined massage, physical therapy, chiropractic and other acupuncturists to try and help release the tension and ease the pain, all with moderate results at best. After seeing Will a total of two times I had more relief from the pain and tension in my shoulder than I have EVER had before. I would highly recommend Will to anyone and everyone out there!

Ive had fibromyalgia for the last two years and went to see Will a few weeks ago for the long standing arm pain I have and a migraine I could not get rid of. One session with him cleared up the shooting arm pain for 3 days completely. Something I havent been able to accomplish with everything else Ive tried between all the other specialists Ive seen and all the other things Ive tried. Go see Will hes amazing and he helped me a lot.

I am an addicted cyclist with four herniated discs(c3-c7). I had never tried acupuncture prior to going to Valley Health. I went to see Will over a year ago based on recommendations from another cyclist and have had much success with both pain relief and strength gains. A great experience and highly recommended.

Excellent service. Probably the only doctor I have ever been to that is willing to spend more time with me than I had available. I felt like a million bucks afterwards and was able to run normally again which I had not been able to do for a couple months due to several injuries. First on my list from now on.
