This is regarding the treatment of my self, my husband, my two small boys, and anyone out there looking for decent medical care. It is worth reading... I did not want to have to do this, I have never in my life written a bad or disrespectful review on anything or anyone. I have been stuck at this clinic for a good 4 to 5 years at least do to insurance reasons, otherwise I would have left after the treatment I received from the first practitioner. Not only was she rude but because of her inaccurate medical advice I had a miscarriage and almost died after being prescribed medications that made my seizure disorder increase in severity. I have seen 5 practitioners working inside the clinic, and only 2 of the 5 ever treated me kindly, or at all respectfully.... unfortunately.... he and she both left the clinic. (Not a shocker.) The other three were very arrogant, very disrespectful, unprofessional on many levels, and the most recent insulted me as soon as he walked through the door, before even bothering to introduce him self. My children have seen 2 pediatricians at the location. One was the cause of a very serious abrasion on my sons arm, do to the fact he gave him an injection THROUGH his shirt, ( I have photos of this. ) The other seemed to know what she was doing, and was kind, however....and this is going to be another shocker...she left the clinic. I am sorry to be writing such a less than pleasant review, however at this point I felt I had to for my personal sanity, and out of respect to anyone looking for medical help. If I would have known about the other reviews, and my own, a lot of unfortunate and unpleasant things could have been avoided..... Best of luck to anyone searching for a new healthcare provider.

Today went to this clinic this is the second time and the first time i was there the doctor wasnt nice and I thought it was ,maybe because I was 10 minutes late , but second time diferent Doctor omg I have never in my life being approached by a doctor like that she enter in to the romm and asked me why was my visit for and after I stared talkin and trying to explain she stopped me more then 4 times with a loud voice and really rite , basically she did not let me splaying at all while I was there for it was lots more but is hard to write everything. This was a very horrible experience in the end I talk to the manager of the clinic and hopefully they do something about it . If I wish have seen these reviews before. Hope this doesnt happen to anybody else.

If I could give them a zero, I would. Horrible care. Horrible customer service. Filthy office. Zero parking. Treated horribly every time I took my children in & talked down to like I was stupid. I am in the medical profession so I didnt appreciate a receptionist speaking to me like I was an idiot. Always a billing problem because they do not know how to bill multiple insurances. They only want patients who are on welfare. Thats fine because we are NOT & have changed to a REAL medical clinic. Do NOT go here if you value your health at all!

The doctors assistant is horrible and unprofessional. Ive been there several times and had my vitals taken by her everytime. Never once did she tell me my vitals. And if I asked she would have to redo the assessment to give me an answer... the straw that broke the camels back was when I realized I just finished doing a physical exam and the window behind me was open (I was NUDE!) To make it worse when I looked at the window in shock there was someone walking by who locked eyes with me! I would avoid going to the place at all cost.

Aside from Dr. Maggie the staff is rude. e.g. Melissa consistently places her comfort and convenience above the needs and well being of the patient. Very unprofessional. Another example is when I called in, instead of addressing the purpose of the call, the representative repeatedly redirected and made unsolicited advise while refusing to resolve the issue I called in about. etc...

My mom went there once and decided never go back there again. Apart from the dentist and he dental assistant the staff was awful, especially the front desk lady( I dont know her name),she was very rude and made my mom feel bad. Dont recommend this dental clinic to anyone. If I could give them a zero I would, what an awful experience.

I used to go here when it was on TV Highway. The staff back then were very caring and cheerful they wanted to help. Since they moved the staff changed & they got new staff hired on! I wouldnt ever recommend going to this place EVER!!!! The whole energy of the facility is terrible!! Had to give it 1 stars to rate the place!

Felt more like cattle than a patient. Went in for a broken toe, when I was released, my discharge paperwork have me exercises for a broken finger. On top of that, they prescribed me medication for light pain, not constant pain, like from walking on a broken bone. I hope you read this before you become a patient. Good luck

This is the worse practice I have EVER gone to. Appointment at 8:40 and I had to call and sit on the phone for 45 min to find out they wont open until 10....not once did they call to tell us that there hours are changed and to top it off the receptionist hung the phone up on me. Waste of time and money all together.

Great experience. Dentist was very gentle and she was so caring. Had my tooth pulled out and it was practically painless. Wow! Great work!
