After getting health ins for daughter, getting ins cards, paying premiums, and taking her to doctor visits I get a letter saying that she has other private ins and her policy is cancelled. She did not have any other ins and had not had the coverage they referred to for about 18 months. I called first thing in the morning explained situation and was told that computers override humans and there was nothing that could be done but wait a couple weeks while system caught up with itself. Meanwhile she would not have coverage. I could not get an answer as to how the system could be so misinformed in the first place or why was it so slow. I was told that I would be notified of coverage, provider, given cards, and would have to choose primary ins. I HAD ALREADY DONE ALL OF THIS. What a bunch of BS. This bureaucracy is very broken and inefficient.

I get nothing but bad information. I have to go in person tomorrow. I waited on hold for 15 minutes only to be sent to another hold for 15 minutes. Then the lady couldnt answer the simple question of "Do I need to bring anything else but my paycheck stubs to verify my income?" I have been trying to verify my income for months via mail and electronic submissions. SO, now I need to go to their office to do it in person. And, the person I spoke with on the phone hung up on me after saying she didnt know the answer to the only question I had!!!!!

I have tried to cancel my Apple Heath care 4 times now. Once electronically, which i thought went through. Turns out it did not of course. Waited on hold for a half an hour twice only to be hung up on and now the online contact us form does not work. Done. With. It. I will just wait until my service expires because then I am sure they will finally want to talk to me.

Spent 30 minutes on hold with no indication that anyone would answer. I finally hung up. I just want to cancel my Apple Health as I now have private insurance but they make it sooo difficult. They need to have a phone system that can give some indication of whats going on. For all I know they are in a meeting for 2 hours.

On hold for 15 minutes then got put on hold for another 20 minutes just for simple quick 2 minute info. Support center is trash, no providers accept the coverage which makes it trash im done with the bs one thing about my employers coverage is pricy but its hassle free and accepted at various health providers.

HCA has denied me my retirement health insurance because they have determined that Medicaid is not considered continuing healthcare coverage even thought they promote it as such to millions of Washington residents. HCA is total mismanaged, unethical and irresponsible.

Typical government, on hold for "60 minutes", 60 minutes they said. I merely needed a reimbursement form. I typed in "forms and publications" entered "reimbursement forms" and of course there were no matches. There are no sub menus for reimbursement forms. What a joke.

I have been trying to get in contact with a human because a flag on my account and have not been able to for a week. it is either closed, or "they are helping other callers" and I get disconnected. This is silly. I never had issues with this service.

just dialed toll free number, followed instructions, retired state employee, call went to medicaid assisted care, only needed a current bill. she attempted to transfer but call terminated. very poor service
