I was committed to total disc replacement surgery when a friend insisted I go to Active Living. I met Dr. Iselin that following week. Firstly the exam was more extensive than both of the neurosurgeons I met with prior. Telling me that this doctor was not only thorough but also genuinely wanted to know the severity of my condition to better strategize my care. In 4 treatments I went from 8-9 24 hour pain down to 2-3 pain on and off. In 8 treatments I went down to an annoying pain on and off. I am now in 0 pain and have a totally new outlook on life. If youre living in pain and believe that surgery is your only option I cant stress enough how important it may be for you to give active living chiropractic a chance to heal and change your life. I was facing having to change careers at age 38. Now Im working harder back in the gym and am living pain-free again. Thank you active living chiropractic for helping me heal and live again! I found Dr. Iselin through my insurance members guide. I could not be more pleased. I have been treated for both severe neck pain and also lower back pain. Dr. Iselin himself is a genuine and enthusiastic man who takes the time to listen to your problems, suggest a treatment plan, explain the benefits, and regularly follow up with you on your progress. Before treatment, I found myself withdrawing from many of the things I enjoy doing. Dr. Iselin worked on my neck for 4 weeks and explained how to manage pain and how to rebuild my muscles to better support my head. My neck pain was reduced to almost nothing and I am returning to the things I love most. I also have to give kudos to his staff of massage therapists and physical therapists. There is top talent here and it shows by my progress. Thanks Dr. Iselin. You and your staff are fantastic !

Go see Dr. Bermudez! After months of debilitating back and leg pain that did not respond to PT, Pilates, or a steroid injection, I was depleted and dejected. My pain Dr. offered little hope other than invasive procedures, so I knew it was time to explore chiropractic care. Id had consultations with various chiropractors but just hadnt found the right one when Dr. Bermudez was recommended to me by another physician. During my first visit I knew I was in good hands (literally and figuratively), and moved forward with a treatment plan. I made the right decision - after two weeks I am moving better, feeling better, and am confident that Ill be OK again. Dr. Bermudez is a great listener, a kind man, and a true healer, and Im truly greatful for his care.

This place is where magic happens. Dont be dissuaded by the fact that its a sports Medicine office. I was nervous about coming here. I am not fit nor am I particularly active. I was, however, in so much pain that I could barely walk. I had thought that this might be my lot in life. I was sad and hurting and then I went to Dr. Ajay Iselin. Potentially the nicest, most talented D.C. Anywhere. Everything is explained! Massage therapist, Irene, is talented beyond belief. Pricey, a little, but my life and mobility were at stake and for the price of a hair cut, color and dinner out - I got my life back. Priceless. I really cant say enough, but Ill stop now :)
