I literally wish I could give this review negative stars. There are two dentists at this location, and mine was Dr. Meenakshi Dewan. When I first came here a year ago, I was drawn in by the great reviews. Little did I know that they were all for Dr. Van, who is evidently fantastic. Dr. Meenakshi Dewan, however, is not. She is perhaps the worst dentist Ive ever been to. Her beside manner is nonexistent. Shes in no way gentle. The staff is fantastic, dont get me wrong, but this dentist has no idea what shes doing. I went in with severe tooth pain, and she told me that the nerve was trying to break apart the tooth and Id need a cap. When I asked why the nerve would do that, she said "They just do". Seriously? The final straw was when I went in for a cleaning, and after sitting in the chair, the techs start laying out instruments for a filling, but didnt inform me I was having one done, so I assumed went with it, because evidently it needed to be done. A week later I was experiencing pain on the filling she did, but they couldnt fit me in for an emergency check-up. I ended up going to Evergreen Family down the street, which I highly recommend in lieu of her, and he had to file down the huge bulbous filling she had done, which Ill probably need a root canal on now. Oh and the nerve that was "breaking my tooth up"? It was a cavity. Thanks doctor. Shes a complete hack. Its disgusting. If you go here and want to get your moneys worth, be sure to ask for Dr. Van, not Dr. Meenakshi Dewan.

The staff at Perledent were extremely courteous and friendly. I was able to get an appointment as a new patient within a week and was able to schedule a second follow up appointment in that same week. Dr. Kyle Van has a very calm, professional and friendly demeanor. I dont like going to the dentist at all but all the staff there did such a wonderful job of making me feel comfortable and well taken care of.

I scheuled my first visit on very busy work day. Despite uber driver issues resulting in me arriving 30 minutes late, the staff accommodated my tardiness, completed the examines, provided a thorough review of my care plan, got me scheuled for my next visit and out the door in time for my next meeting. The staff was courteous and professional. Much appreciated!! (I still dont like going to the dentist!)

I very recently went to Perledent for the first time. I was very impressed with the service I received. Son, my hygienist, did a spectacular job cleaning my teeth. He was extremely thorough; I dont think my teeth were ever as clean as Son left them, seriously. The dentist and the rest of the staff were also very friendly. I feel that Im in very good hands at Perledent.
