I will never go back to this place! I recently moved into the area and had to get a filling replaced. While waiting for them to start, the hygienist left the room. She kept the computer up with the schedule for the entire days patients and what they came in for. Privacy anyone? Then the dentist gave me a shot for the pain and, after waiting a few minutes, started to drill. I could still feel everything, so they waited a while and came back. I ended up getting 3 shots of anesthesia and after the 3rd, they waited about one minute then started drilling, even though I could still feel everything! I didnt get fully numb until about halfway through the procedure. Afterwards, they took me into a small room where the insurance lady keep telling me how sorry they were and asked if I would be coming back. Umm... no. Oh, and they gave me a $5 starbucks card to try and make up for it. Needless to say, getting that card did not make me feel any better.

When I moved to the area my wife and I both went to this dentist. I have sleep apnea and before I got it treated I used to grind my teeth in my sleep. My previous dentist was actually the one who diagnosed it. Anyway, I went to this dentist and he tried to tell me that I needed to get Crowns on ALL eight of my frontal teeth. He presented me with a treatment plan that wouldve cost me over five thousand dollars. But thats not all. When my wife went in to see him, she got the exact same thing: youve been grinding your teeth? You need crowns on all of them. We went to another dentist, who then did not recommend any treatment like this, nor did my previous dentist before this. Apparently this guy is really desperate for cash right now and felt the need to try to suck thousands of dollars out of his patients. (The hygenist I had was very good an friendly however).

Dr. Jenkins is an exceptionally fine dentist. Our family has been with them for ten years and were very pleased with their expertise and knowledge, their availability, the friendly demeanor of the clinic staff and the high tech comforts of their clinic. They are especially good with pain management and very sensitive to patient needs. They are kind, forthright, honest and very, very good at what they do.

WONDERFUL PEOPLE!! Ive been in the area for a while now & have tried a few other offices. This place was great & the staff was super friendly. The assistant I had was very helpful in what was happening, & the Dr made sure to answer all my questions. I recommend this place if you want fun, outgoing people to work with. **Plus its right by the DSW shoe store so you can shop too :)

I have a fear of dentists. Everyone here is fantastic! They take the time to explain procedures and check on how Im doing frequently. I am very comfortable with everyone now. They identify a treatment plan and work with you on completing it at a pace you are comfortable with. I have not felt pressured to do anything I didnt want to do.

Very clean and professional environment. The staff was extremely friendly and personable. They took the time to explain everything they did and made recommendations as we moved through the checkup and cleaning. Im not a fan of getting any dental work done but I will be happily going back to see them in the future.

Dr. Jenkins and his staff have always been exceedingly friendly and professional. Most recently they have been communicating with my orthodontist to make sure I got the smile Ive always wanted! Would strongly recommend to anyone.
