My children have difficult appointments as they go to our ortho person to remove wires prior to seeing the dentist. We were 3 minutes late by my phone time, 5 minutes late according to the front desk lady so they canceled my daughters appointment. 5 minutes! I confirmed yesterday while I waited for over half a hour past my appointment time to be seen. The worst came afterwards in that the scheduler then gave me a punishment form to sign about being late to appointments. The doctor/ dentist Xu has been nice. Her staff seems a bit unskilled for their tasks as this is not the first time weve had scheduling problems. I suppose this is what happens when some employees dont see people as people and feel they are somehow superior.

My grandson was seen by Dr. Xu and her great team, and I can tell you they were fantastic with him. He had never seen a dentist before and had a lot of things going on, including an abcessed tooth. They made him so comfortable and have been working hard to fix all his teeth. I have read about a bad review of the office and I call B.S.!!!! They are careing and kind and so very professional. I had to smile with all the funny things they said to get my boy to relax. It was the best dental visit EVER. Thanks to all of you, you all are special.

Id highly recommend Dr. Xu to anyone in the area. She is very friendly and takes the time to explain procedures and talk through any concerns. The entire staff is very gentle and caring. Elizabeth is a great hygienist, too! This is also the first dental office that has ever called me to get me in before a scheduled appointment. Im used to going on a waiting list and never getting a call back, but they were able to fix me up before a big holiday, which was much appreciated. They went out of their way to take care of me fast.

I had to have two extractions, and was very scared and upset. The staff were kind and comforting, and talked and joked with me to calm my nerves. The procedure took longer than I expected due to the status of my tooth (and it being stubborn as all get out), but they were very good at ensuring I felt little to no discomfort/pain. Id recommend this practice to anyone else who needs dental care (especially extractions) and wants the experience to be as painless as possible. Great staff!

Ive never been as comfortable in a dentist office as I am here. The people who work here have been nothing short of amazing. Dr.Xu is the sweetest as well as all of the staff. I will for sure never go anywhere else as long as I can help it. They are constantly making sure that you are ok and make paitent care their first priority! Thank you to all of the ladies here for making my experience nothing short of fantastic. You are the best!

If you have a child with tooth decay and not so perfect teeth "DO NOT GO HERE!" This is a "WARNING" parents. We had the nurse talk down on us and shamed us. They make you feel bad after the visit, its not a pleasant place.The nurse was so rude! Also the children play area was filthy and a beat up stuffed bunny than screams Germs. This place really deserved no STARS! STAY AWAY!

Very friendly and suited staff. I went there for an extraction my dentist was on time, with the appointment starting.they try to make you comfortable playing light music, while creating small talk. Then the extraction I didnt even feel, it took about 15 minutes and was on my way..Overall if say its probably the smoothest dentist experience Ive had.

Dr. Xu is amazing! I had an infected wisdom tooth and she was extremely gentle with it when she removed it...so gentle I had to ask if she was done yet! I highly recommend her and her whole staff at Healthy Smiles Dental.
