I am stuck here unfortunately, if i could go back, i would definitely chose a different orthodontist. The only thing GOOD i have to say about this place is that the ladies at the front desk are nice. Other than that, it is ANNOYING that i have to wait a total of 15 minutes to schedule and appointment, and i probably would have had to wait more if i wasnt annoyed at the fact that i had already left TWO voicemails trying to schedule an appointment or AT LEAST a call back and didnt even get a call back. Then i had to waste my time waiting for 15 minutes to schedule an appointment. IF I PAY EVERY MONTH to get my damn teeth fixed, WHY is it that they cant schedule a simple appointment for me??? Hmm, but then they have problems with their billing and think we have missed a payment, but they can explode my phone. I am super upset, and have a busy schedule so it would be nice if i could get a appointment for how much i am and have been paying.

Im not in the habit of giving reviews, but I feel that you guys deserve one. Everyone in the clinic is very professional and friendly. The flexibility of the scheduling is phenomenal. And I dont mind those friendly reminders before your appointments--95% of the times, but still exceptional. And dont get me started on the payment plans and the ease of how you set up what works for you. What you guys have is a solid business model...youre not just focused on the bottom line but more on a holistic approach to your costumers needs--for that, THANK YOU! Dont worry I was very impressed with you guys I referred at least one patient to you guys. That person is very satisfied with your services. I have the high option with Kaiser but I havent use them due to the long waits and difficulty in scheduling appointments...and I dont mind paying the extra to come to you guys. Simply put, you are all Rock Stars! Truly!

If i could rate no stars i would!! First off i NEVER do reviews so if i actaully write one that means this place has got to be HORRIBLE!!. This place has absolutely NO customer service..let me re fraise that the front desk has none..the dentists are fine..i have never met a group pf woman in my life that are as rude as they are..they REALLY!! Need to get new employees in the front.. i have NEVER had a good experience talking to them..they are so freaking,..just..so damn disrespectful EVERYTIME I talk to them..I ABSOLUTELY HATE IT when I have to go here just becuase of the front desk!! And when they screw up becuase they lack organization and communication between ortho and the regular dentist, they make YOU feel stupid and pay for it..unless they change the staff at the front desk..DO NOT GO THERE!!

Very professional, polite and caring. My new patient experience started with filling in the usual paperwork, followed by X-rays. Technician Randy took about 20 X-rays of my teeth and was patient, solicitous and laughed when I apologized for all the drool. The hygienist came in and poked gently at my gums, numerically scoring every tooth on periodontal health. Finally the dentist came in, checked the X-rays, and had a look in my mouth. He pointed out a couple of little cavities. We made an appointment to have those taken care of, and then I was done. All in all a positive first experience. Will update this review if anything bad happens when getting the fillings!

Michelle A Kirkpatrick, DDS is GREAT~!~!~!~!~!~! All of the staff at Bright Now is Fantastic~!~!~!~!~!~! I want to give special mention to the staff who ventured into my mouth. Suzie (not sure of spelling) was terrific taking full mouth x-rays and getting me set up. Debbie, hygienist, is Wonderful and very professional. And the cost of the first visit was less than a meal for two at most restaurants. I have already recommended this dental office to several people. My first visit was February 21, 2017. Today is February 26, 2017.

I had to have a crown and fills. The staff at the office in Salem were very friendly and efficient. The doctor and assistant were also nice and explained what they were doing as they were doing it. I liked that they took extra precautions for my safety by giving me eye glasses to protect my eyes during the procedure. The Salem BrightNow Dental office is a clean, bright and friendly dental office that I have recommended to a couple people already and will continue to. My experience with them was a great one.

I didnt have any problems or complaints with my first two appointments but today upon arrival I was told that there was a problem and they had tried to contact me to reschedule. I had received a text message a couple of days prior to reply with the letter "C" to confirm my appointment.. which I did and then received another text thanking me for confirming. I was not contacted by land line or cell phone that they could not honor my 9:00 appointment. Maybe one bad experience out of three is acceptable.

I am impressed at how well this dental office runs. They were busy when I was there, but it didnt stop the girls up front from being nice to welcome me when they checked me in. The appointment went well and I enjoyed the doctor I worked with. Best part is that I had a couple of questions about money. They were good at answering my questions about my insurance and the girl at the desk went over the finances with me which helped a lot. It was a good experience from the time I got there to when I left.

Billing dept seems to be the best with working with our insurance out of all the others weve sifted through. Happy with most of the staff. My last visit was awful with the hygienist . I think it was the end of her shift because she acted like she really didnt care - very rough, and not very neat with the cleaning. It prevented me from wanting to return again. The verdict is still out on whether that will happen.

first of all front staff are super friendly and caring , make me feel at home and when it comes to payment plan options and prices...this place can not be beat!!! dentist and the assistants always make sure i am well taken care of. everyone is super friendly. Will not take my family elsewhere. Def recommended to friends and coworkers all are more than satisfied with services at the lancaster mall location!!!

Bright Now Dental at the Lancaster mall is a great office! All off the staff are very professional and responsible. All your needs are attended to as quickly and accurately as possible. They have a variety of staff so wether you need a filling, a cleaning, or a tooth extraction they have got you covered. I definitely recommend this office to anybody who wants great service from great people.

I have always been afraid of the dentist since I was a little kid. I explained my fear and Dr. King was awesome. She explained what she was doing and was very professional. That eased my fear a lot. I will only come to Bright Now dental moving forward. The assistants were aware of my fear too. I cant say enough good things about Bright Now. Thanks for everything!!!
