Best dentist Ive ever been to! He was recommended by our orthodontist and I am so grateful we found him! I have had to have some extensive dental work and he has done an amazing job! He is honest, meticulous, cautious and gentle. His staff is professional, kind and so friendly. For the first time in my life I dont mind going to the dentist and actually, most the time, enjoy it. Thank you Dr. Dutro and Staff!

Refused to bill secondary insurance, did not notify me that they did not accept insurance prior to or at the visit. Billing manager refused to return call as did the Dentist. Hygenist was so slow I had to come back for a second office visit. I mailed a check with a letter requesting a return statement showing zero balance and they also did not comply with my request nor mailed me a receipt.

Dr. Dutro is friendly and respectable and his hygienists have been quick and thorough. There is always someone ready when I show up for my appointment and Ive never had to wait around in the lobby. I dont care for country music but thats not a valid complaint for a doctors office, lol.

Dr. Dutro has the best hands that Ive ever seen. Does the work correct the first time for me, quick and efficient. No jerking the lip while giving shots, no "whoops" while drilling due to tired hands, etc.
