I just called to schedule and appointment to establish care, and they would not take me. I truly was just looking to get a regular dr. but i told the receptionist i aslo have a pain in my leg i want to get checked out. I have no idea how serious it is, i have had it for a few months, and never take anything but motrin to control the pain. The receptionist asked if it was a chronic pain so i said yes, that is all she knew, and she informed me the dr. isnt taking new patients with chroic pain. Seriously? its probably nothing, ive never missed work because of it or anything like that i just think it should be looked at. Do they treat everyone like pill abusers without even asking a few basic questions. I felt insulted. Maybe its a great place to go if you dont get sick.

Dr. Hoffman is a nice guy. Thats really about it, very incompetent when it comes to prescription refills. There have been at least four separate occasions when I have needed a refill only to find out I dont have any. This will usually happen about three days after I place the order. Every time Im forced to pay for a visit just so he can write another prescription. Extremely frustrating and dangerous to my health.

Dr. Hoffman is an amazing doctor. He really listens and cares for his patients. Whenever you need him, he will be there for you. Not only is Dr. Hoffman the best doctor that I have ever had, the staff there is amazing as well. I have nothing but positive things to say about Tuality Physicians. I am so glad that I found them.
