HORRIBLE URGENT CARE CLINIC!!! We took our child into the urgent care clinic on the advice of a consulting nurse because our son was in pain with a tooth absess. We checked him in and were told to go in the other waiting room. We waited for over an hour and 45 minutes, basically forgotten and ignored. With no care or compassion for our child who was in pain. This is a review only to let people know that this clinic is uncompassionate and has horrible communication within the staff members. I hope race wasnt the issue for my children and husband are Hispanic. What bothers me the most is that they knew my son had an absess on his tooth and was in pain. I believe that no child should be forgotten especially one in pain and suffering. This clinic had no care about our situation.. From the beginning to the end this clinic was a horrible experience. NOTE: The receptionist dismissed our son by accident and did not even come let us know, when we were only a few feet away. She asked a nurse to let us know. We only found out because we approached the receptionist about the wait time.

Worst clinic I have ever been to. I never written a bad review in my life before, this is actually my first time. They are very uncaring. When I have a question for my doctor, I call in the morning and they always end up calling me back either at the end of the day, thats 6-7pm, or will return my call the next business day at the end of the day. They mixed my appointment, and I didnt know about it. So they kicked me out of the clinic, so I wrote a letter to the administration to accept me as a patient again in their clinic, that there was a misunderstanding. They didnt care and didnt accept me again. They are rude and very careless. They dont care about their patients. I also needed a prescription refill.. and they just hung up on me & told me to go somewhere else. I WARN YOU... BEWARE.

I absolutely love my doctor Erin Case! I would recommend her to any of my friends or family.She truly cares about her patients individual needs and has the knowledge to match. That being said, some of their nurses that deal with customer service are AWFUL. If I am a patient in need, I should not be talked to like I am stupid or that my medical issues dont matter. Especially if they are time sensitive. Great doctor, horrible staff. Its really a shame. They should hire a more professional support staff.

Absolutely awful. My sister in law had side pains and waited a really long time before being seen. (Almost an hour and a half after checking in)The waiting area was not crowded at all, only a couple of people where there when we arrived. Afterwards the paper summary of her visit was incorrect in a few areas and also listed her as a male! She had been going there for about 3 years. What is with this place??? Glad Im not a patient there, she said she will be finding a new doctors office very soon.

Wonderful, Quite and organized office with nice doctors. Which will keep the patient who is ill calm and relaxed. North Cascade Family Practice can take care of babies to geriatric and dementia patients. Even if you have trouble with pharmacies or other doctors and hospitals they go out of their way to help dubious conflicted situations with other doctors and hospitals. Have been clients for a year now. So, I have some history with doctors.

Unreliable service, appointments changed without notice, paperwork goes unattended, prescriptions are either not filled or filled incorrectly, and requests for returned calls go unheeded. Even if you are calling for pregnancy related issues. If you need medical care, GO ELSEWHERE. Their incompetency borders on negligence and has resulted in several dangerous and life-threatening situations for me and my family.

I grew up in Mount Vernon, and have lived here on and off throughout my adult life. Any time Ive been living in town, this practice has been home my primary care physician. Ive seen different providers over the years - Dr. Leslie Estep, Dr. Mitchell, Dr. Hansom - but Ive always been happy with their care. Thorough, friendly, and on-time. The same goes for the nurses and receptionists.

I am sitting here waiting to talk to a Claims Representative and have not waited 20 minutes. Every 5 minutes they tell me I am first in line, however I am still waiting. Either the staff in claims are incompetent or they are on their lunch at 1:18, absolutely unbelieveable!! It has now been 30 minutes!!!!!!!!

They turned away my two sick children because i had a previous collection that I didnt know about, but had paid off 3 months prior. Shame on a so-called "family" practice thats sole purpose should be to care for the sick. Disgusting. -Trevor Bevis
