Do not go here. Ive noticed the scheduling staff has always been rude, and these people care about money, not patients. Look at the other reviews, other people have said the same thing. Ive been here on and off for probably 5+ years, and never again after today! I would give Zero Stars if I could. They lost my insurance information and would Not even make me an urgent appointment, because of it. They said I would have to pay cash upfront before they would even see me, since I didnt have my insu card handy and theyd lost my information! Insulting... Ive been going there for years!! I only went back for the simple convenience that I was already in their system, big mistake. The doctors are uneducated, have often misdiagnosed me, ie. simply prescribing drugs for sciatic nerve pain, so I have to go to a chiropractor or naturopath to actually get the issue fixed; not just prescribed drugs. These doctors are quick to prescribe drugs and get you out of the room as fast as possible, and the staff has rude horrible people. These are not doctors who keep to an oath to practice medicine, they are greedy people who want your money and want to get you out of their office in the fastest way possible with little regard to your well-being and health.

Find a new Doctors office. Went to them with a cold/flu. Was informed that they will no longer write prescriptions for Robitussin cough medicine or Opioid pain killers for any reason. I was not asking for Robitussin or pain killers and had never ask them for any or gotten any from them or another doctor in the last few years. Its seems their paranoia has forced them into no longer do whats in a patients best interest. I hope no one is ever in pain or suffering stumbles into this office expecting help or relief. Find a doctor who will do whats right for you and not so worried about the recent news headlines. I dont need any pain killers right now but there are lots of legitimate reasons to need them and if I ever run into one (shingles, dislocated rib, severe sprain, severe cough) I would like to have a doctor who knows me and is my family doctor who is capable if taking care of it and not afraid of Robitussin. Maybe a policy from higher up but be a real doctor and do whats right for a patient.

NW Primary Care bills for services not rendered and is deceiving about their processes! Beware!! I have been seeing Dr. Jacmotte and will never go to her again. She billed for a consultation on a procedure for which I came to and she decided I did not need the procedure after all - she decided to review my medical records once she saw me for all of two minutes. For the consultation, for the procedure I never had and was not educated on and only told that I may not need - she billed my insurance hundreds of dollars and refused to discount or rethink charging me! I received no care at this appointment and she nor Daniel, the office manager, cared at all! I will spread the word for sure, this is the problem with some doctors these days - no focus on patient care, just billing for everything!!

Ive had an overall positive experience with NWPC. They have been very responsive during my visits while dealing with some migraine and hormonal issues, and willing and interested in figuring out the best way to approach those issues as opposed to just throwing a prescription my way. The staff communicate well with patients, and are polite and personable. The only mark down I would give them is needing to improve their communication between staff; I find myself repeating myself when having discussions with the support staff and then again with the doctors, as it does not seem clear that the main points have been passed along. Other than that, Ive had a good experience.

Terrible!... I had Kaiser for 20 years. They are GREAT.... I was diagnosed with cancer, lost my job and insurance and went on to my wifes ins. I chose NWPC, What a mistake! It took them 1 1/2 months for them to get my records, I did it in one day. My meds were running out and they refused to fill them until they obtained my health records. They refused a flu shot because I had a past due co-pay even though I am high risk and have a low immune system and they are are the most impersonal people I have ever dealt with.... Its TERRIBLE... Oh, I am using the Oregon City office, Dr. Buhl... Good luck.... I DONT RECOMMEND!.....S.H. Of Oregon City

Go here but dont go to this quack. I have heard nothing but bad experiences. Shes awful and rude and when youre paying for a 1/2 hour appointment, it better be close to that long or exact. She takes about 5 minutes and then heads for the door. She was bad mouthing some other patient to a med. tech because she was just diagnoses with dementia. Ha, so funny. Dementia? Certainly, a laughable topic. She should have license revoked. I dont know about any of the Doctors at NWPC but Im seeking elsewhere. If I do end up going back, I will never, ever see her again. She should learn some bedside manner.

Ive been seeing Dr. Peggy McNichol for several years and she has been nothing but kind and knowledgeable. She is efficient but always takes time to discuss my health in depth and chat about life. Her staff is well-organized and polite and they have a nurse line you can call if youre not sure if something is serious. Currently Im in between insurance providers due to a job change and she went above and beyond to work with me so that I could be seen for an urgent appointment. She has proven herself to be a genuinely friendly and caring health provider in every interaction Ive had.

This place is great. It is very clean and professional. Easy to make an appointment or ask a quick question of your doc without some outrageous monthly fee. Dr. McAnulty IS the best Dr Ive ever had and Ive had many in my life. He clearly is continually educated and cares about medicine. He provides simple, cheap and effective solutions without unnecessary drugs. Even when I move I will drive a long way just to come back here. Note I do have insurance and I dont know how they are with people that do not.

On the recommendation of two of my friends, who like this doctor very much, I went to see Dr. Nathalie Jacqmotte today for my annual exam. I was very favorably impressed! She seems highly competent, knowledgeable and up-to-date, and she is a good listener. She also was thorough and did not rush me at all. Also, the staff at Northwest Primary Care (Sellwood-Moreland) were all courteous and helpful, from the receptionist to the nurse. A good experience!

The doctors seem nice and adequate, but the support staff is/are extremely rude and unprofessional. When faced with an issue requiring a referral to specialist for adequate diagnosis and treatment, the medical staff instead made a general referral to their own "physical therapy" office so they could keep the money. Bottom line: they care more about money than about the health and well being of their patients.

if you like waiting 30 min. on the phone to schedule an appointment, having your medications stopped because the doctor wants you to come in for an appointment, and having absolutely no communication between their services (g.p. to their own physical therapists etc), this is the place for you
