I am tired of paying co-pays for a repeating of 3 prior visits. Within 2 weeks, they wanted me to come back for the 3rd visit and all the 3rd visit was exactly repeat of the 2nd visit, and the only difference was that my wallet got lighter. I was being nice not to make a complaint, but today, they wanted me to come back so they can repeat what they told me two years ago, and I confronted them on that, but oh well, I guess theyll have to lose a customer! Plenty of Dr offices out there. Hope they have a good office manager that handle escalations.

Ive been going to LO family physicians since I was very young. I love all the doctors and they are the most knowledgeable and hard working bunch of doctors around! The only thing I dont like is the receptionist Kelly. Shes rude and extremely annoying to talk to on the phone.
