Went to this clinic a few days ago. Absolutely no wait, quick and easy to get in to see someone. But thats where the good ends. I have two broken and severely infected teeth. And everyone knows how excruciating that kind of pain is! I saw the doctor or nurse or whatever she was, she looked in my mouth and could clearly see how bad it was. She gave me a prescription for antibiotics and I was on my way. I didnt ask for pain meds, even though I was in severe pain. I thought in a few days when the antibiotics kicked in the pain would subside. Well it helped the infection pain but not the pain that comes with needing a root canal. The nerve pain is at times unbearable! So I called back three days later to see if I could get some pain meds until my dentist appointment. NOPE!!! They would only prescribe me ibuprofen! I dont need a script for that nor would it put a dent in the amount of pain Im in!! Im so sick of these doctors afraid to give pain meds because of all of the abusers out there! I didnt come in complaining of some phantom pain seeking pain killers. I have a legitimate problem with two broken and infected teeth that can be clearly seen when looked at. I shouldnt have to suffer with this horrible pain because all of the people who take advantage of the system. Especially when my pain is so brutally obvious to see!!! Horrible and absolutely no compassion for the patients they see. Wont go back!!! Only one star because it was late Friday afternoon and there was no wait. ZERO STARS for not taking care of their patients!!!!

Called back on 1/13/16 for additional questions regarding pain management and medication interaction and was shuffled around four different times, and then told by someone playing the mediator between the doctor and me, that I would just need to come in for a re-evaluation if treatment was not working. The woman mediating was fairly short with me and expressed no interest in me letting her know which stage of the medication process I was currently on and placed me on hold while she spoke with the doctor. -----------//--/-------- Fantastic care, the woman who checked me in was kind and courteous despite me being from out of state, the doctor was extremely knowledgeable and even gave me advice on how to obtain insurance here at my new home, and even printed off pamphlets in regards to my injury for me to read over. I will absolutely go there for my medical needs moving forward.

As a new patient,i was shocked as to how well organized the front desk ladies were. They were kind,helpful, and put me in my own room within minutes of me walking in the door. I wasnt even finished with my paper work before Dr McCloy came in and began my checkup. He was fantastic, he listen carefully to everything that I said, and addressed the three issues I came to talk about. From there I walked to the lab did my blood draw and was out the door in less than 45 min. The next morning the lab called with my results. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Many business should look to these folks to see how people ought to be treated. I was hesitant to write this review because its like finding out some great secret that only a few privileged people know about. Purely selfish I know. But a huge attaboy to W. Oly Family. You guys are with out a doubt the best

The worst place to go to for help. I had a severe asthma attack last week and they said they would send my inhaler to my pharmacy and they never did. When I called to ask they send my prescription through Wendy wouldnt help me, was rude, condescending, and totally unwilling to help me get me my rescue inhaler. Her response was just to come down there and get a treatment. Ive been a patient here since 2011 and they are awful. They say they will send your prescriptions over and Ill verify three times what and where my pharmacy is located and guess what it wont get there. If you have a severe condition or have asthma and need an inhaler dont go to them for help. They just blow you off or send your medication to the wrong pharmacy or ask you come in so they can make money off of you.

My daughter had a fever of 102.9, she is almost 2, still a baby, not only did we wait for 45 minutes. I went up to talk to someone twice and all they said was that my daughter was going to be seen soon, there was people who came after my daughter and I and got seen before she did and when she did seen, we saw the doctor for not even 5 minutes. My daughter nor I will ever be going back here. When it comes to walk ins, babies and children should be seen RIGHT AWAY. I am outraged that one the wait time was so ridiculously long and two when she did see someone they didnt do anything for her.

Horrible!!! You could hear and see one of the front desk ladies talking about me rudely even my sister heard her. Very unprofessional. Yes they get you in quick but do not resolve any problems. I had to go to seamar urgent care because I had walking pneumonia and west Olympia providence urgent care said it was "just" a cold. Let me just say I was very sick from just a cold!!!!

This is my primary care provider and I have Never had a problem with front desk at all.. Very nice and they do everything they can for you within their means. My physician Vivian AU is not only intelligent but very thorough and when I have had to see people at the after him hours clinic they were great also.

Was a patient for several years, but got sick of the rude and unhelpful front desk staff, insanely long wait times for appointments (2-3 months out) and the high turnover of doctors. I do not recommend.

The Front desk women are so rude. Totally mistreat patience and never do what they need to get prescriptions faxed or sent to pharmacys. Brittany and Jenny both have been mean and nasty.

I was a walk-in patient. Was seen very quickly. Met with the provider Anna (An-ya). Staff and provider were very lovely and helpful and helped me with all my needs.
