My daughter was injured during cheer practice. Rushed her over to this urgent care office - slightly before 7pm on a Thursday evening. She couldnt bear any weight on her right leg but we eventually -- and painfully 00 made it into the clinic area to find that THE CLINIC WAS CLOSED!!!!! I was so upset about causing my daughter more pain for absolutely nothing! The sandwich board was on the side walk and front door was open. I thought perhaps they had stepped out for a minute but there was no note on the inside door and nothing but their standard recording on the voicemail stating that they were open until 9pm -- which was obviously not the case. So much for failing to serve your stated purpose. If I ever need urgent care again I will drive to the the Westside rather than go here even though I live in Tumwater. DISAPPOINTED for sure!

We just moved here and live right down the street.. despite some reviews I gave them a try for a walk in appointment for my 1 year old. Front desk girl was nice but informed me it would be quite a wait because they see regular patients before walkins. She directed me to another location that is "full time" walkins. It is understandable that they see their scheduled patiences before walkins but dont understand why they are advertised as an urgent care or walk in if they cant actually take them. Was hoping this convenient location could be our family Dr, but will be looking elsewhere.

Dont waste your time, after hearing 2 separate customers complain about their visit I still took a chance and saw the PA- C Not worth the time or money. I have a big toe in a lot of pain from an in grown toe nail. He gave me antibiotics and said if this doesnt fix it go see your regular doctor!! What a joke!! Wish I could do a negative star review

They were very friendly but thats about all the good I have to say. Very sick so they sent me out for xrays and blood work and said they would call in a prescription and notify of the test results. They didnt call in the prescription, they never called with results, but they did send me an outrageous bill that I am not going to pay

A short time after moving to Washington and Tumwater, I needed stitches and it was after 7pm. Google map showed this clinic was nearby. The staff were friendly, kind and very good at providing great medical care!

Very convenient, great service and a very nice Doctor that listens....what more could a patient ask for? I highly recommend this urgent care!

The doctor told me I had a cold sore on my uvula and he was wrong it turned out to be strep throat.
