Dr. Gromko is a terrible person. He makes jokes and seems amiable, so he seems fine at first, but I soon realized he was ignorant and did not really care about me as a person. I frequently heard him make fun of his other patients and tell stories about them. His knowledge and understanding of alternative birthcontrol meathods was limited, requiring my sister too seek a different doctor with more knowlege. I was a teen when i started seeing him, and during my younger years developed a terrible eating disorder and depression. I went from 135 to 95 pounds in a matter of months and he was oblivious to there being anything wrong. When referring to the mentally ill or anyone seeking psychiatric care he referred to them as "looney/ crazies" as if it was funny. Also, when i was 18 i was switched to government health care and shortly after developed a frightening medical problem. I scheduled an appointment with him and when i arived discovered that he would not see me under that health care. This i understand. The problem was that when i discovered he couldnt see me i was so distressed that left the office and went into the hall to cry. One of the nurses found me crying and went into get Dr. Gromko. He came out to tell me that My crying was a disterbance and that I needed to leave. When i told him that i was scared and didnt know what to do because I needed a doctor to talk to, he said "Well you dont have a doctors here anymore," Handed me my keys and told me to go. The second I couldnt pay him the man who i knew for 5 years couldnt give me a single word of sympathy. I was worthless. It turned out i did have a serious problem that needed treatment. Dr. Gromko doesnt care about or respect his patients he cares about your money.

Been a patient 17 years. Excellent Doctor, Nurse and Staff. Staff is courteous but respects ones privacy while you wait in a comfortable and well designed waiting room. Very efficient in and out procedures. Private examining rooms. Doctor is humorous and down-to-earth. He takes the time to understand you without judgment and has successfully kept us in good health for many years and hopefully for years to come. Highly recommended.

Dawn the desk person has no manners on the phone.. No phone call to remind you of your appt. Then charge $50 for no show. Ask why said no time to call so thats the way it is . I say I may find another Dr. She said fine I I Will tell the Dr . Then Hangs up phone.[no she did ask if I wanted to pay the 50

Great doctor, good nurse, AWFUL staff! Ive been seeing Dr. Gromko for 15 years, and am finally switching to another primary care doctor because Im sick of dealing with his grouchy staff.

I fee l that DR Gromko is a Physician that actually cares about his patients and does everything he can to help. I have been a patient for a few years and I will not stop seeing him

Listens and isnt stuffy. He doesnt make me come in and pay for an office visit to just get a refill, like some of my old doctors. Hes humorous, likable, and good natured.
