Never will I go back to that awful place. It like they all work together in doing less for you. I never have a p.a. and n.p. ask "what do you want me to do?" dah. I want you to run some tests to see why I am ill. If you have anxiety attack dont go there (warning) they wont help you. They will treat you as if you have a bad attitude. Its great they get you in quick as possible but they will also get you out just as fast with least amount of effort and help. I told a dr. there she did good then she looked at me like I said something insulting. I tryed to make an appointment with a dr and the receptionist got angry and she started talking back at me. Rude as hell. I have been in other countries and from the east coast to the west coast and never have I encountered a practice so sloppy.

I feel that reviewing medical providers is silly since every experience is unique, but I felt obligated since the only two other reviews were unhappy patients. Judging a medical provider based on an individuals health status is ridiculous. This practice is efficient and professional. I have gone to NP Rebecca Riseman for several years now and the whole practice has been great in helping with prescriptions, refills, etc. I had an issue with my insurance company not paying for a visit when they should have, and their billing office was happy to help me resubmit the claim. Ultimately I had to deal with Blue Shield myself, but the office was great offering to cut the bill in half and not send it to collections until I figured out what happened.

I honestly believe that these providers are in it for the money. They seem to have zero compassion, barely listen and are just plain cold (I have only seen nurse practitioners by the way). As a medical professional myself, I am disappointed and discouraged that providers act this way. The front office is nice enough but I wont be back. I have given them way too many chances.

Sarah White refused to actually examine my husband, who she decided must have a kidney stone based only on his symptoms gave him pain pills and sent us away. That night he got much worse and we went to John Muir hospital all the way in Walnut Creek where they found that he had appendicitis and a ruptured appendix. Luckily hes okay.

Not sure what these bad reviews are about. Rebecca Riseman has been great! She is a very kind, listens very well and is caring. Also the MAs are great. They even adjusted my leg tricycle when broke my foot.
