Once again Ive had a terrible experience at Vida Family Medicine. I am currently dealing with an injury thats produced some of the worst pain Ive ever felt, and I just left the clinic feeling like I was inconveniencing the Doctor. Front staff is nice, nurses have always been friendly, the Doctor is just really something else. My wife had the same experience with a different Vida Dr. This has been pattern over the last several years of attending there. I go 2-3 times a year. The attitude is typically condescending, ZERO compassion or understanding. Im trying to explain the issue today while the Doctor cuts me off, interrupts me, and changes the subject while acting like Im wasting her time. I cant wait to change clinics, I waited to long to change and now Im still stuck with Vida now that I really need medical care.

They used to be good, but the best doctors have left and their service is terrible. They do not care about helping people. Do not go there!!

Very nice staff, comfortable waiting area. I never have to wait long in the waiting room for a doctor.
