I am a woman with two teenage daughters, and we need a GP this office was referred to me and so I called. I left a message on the voice mail and waited, a week went by so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called back again. A young woman answered the phone annoyed put me on hold forever, then the so called scheduler came on. I told her my situation and I would like to make an appointment to meet the doctor. She proceeds to tell me I cannot do that and asks me (again very annoyed) "Is there any thing wrong with you?" We cannot make you an appointment unless you have a medical reason. I was so completely surprised that this girl would be so rude to potentially 3 new women patients!!! To say the least I went and called another doctor.

I have been going to Sutters family health building for years now and have even had to switch doctors but never had a bad experience. On site lab helps too!
