This is literally the worst doctors office I have ever been to. Nurse Tonya is the only good thing about that place. She is the only one who actually does her job well and cares about helping people n goes above and beyond her duties. I met with 2diff doctors and both of them are TERRIBLE! The 1st dr I met with was for him to continue treating me for a condition that 2 other dra have diagnosed n been treating me for over 10 yrs now and literally wouldnt even spend one minute trying to treat me, instead he made me wait 4weeks to see him just to hand me a print out of a referral that didnt even take my insurance and was very expensive. He didnt even ask me if it was something that I could do or even check to see that it was covered by my insurance. He had already made up his mind he was not going to treat me before he even met me, the 1st thing he did when he did when he walked in was hand me a print out of some place for me to go that cost$200 for 10 min assessment. It would cost much more to be treated afterward. So then I asked them to give me another Dr Who I met with, he was 30 minutes late and then he didnt treat me for anything nor did he give me any of the referrals that I asked for. He then set an appt for to 6weeks out. They never are stocked with the medicine or vaccines they need, n I had to come back weeks later just for a tetanus shot. By the next appt which was 6weeks after the first 1 the dr asked if I got the referral,The front desk was supposed to call me 6 weeks ago with this info n never did. Then the nurse talked him into prescribing me antibotic in the meantime bc he was planning on sending me home without treating me for anything bc I was supposed to see this other dr but it would take several weeks since they never gave me the referral when they were supposed to.The prescription that he wrote for me needed approval from my insurance company, n of course never did. I was only able to get 1/2 of my medicine and had to keep calling my insurance and BFM to get this approval. I havent been able to take it for a week and it will take another week to get the approval. The front desk has failed to do every task they are given and Im the 1 who has to constantly call and get them to do their job. I needed a vaccine at my last appt n the dr said I had to get my insurance approval, I called them n they said it was already approved. I call BFM back n tell them this n to have it ready by my next appt in 5 weeks. She said they might not have it even tho Im calling almost 2 months ahead to order it so they will. She said "it doesnt work like that we order once a month n its 1st come 1st serve" this is the 2nd time I needed a shot that they did not have. It took 3 months n 3 appts just to get a tetanus shot, n a prescription for antibiotics that I cant get BC they didnt submit the proper paperwork. This is the worst drs office ever and if it wasnt for Nurse Tanya I wouldve never came back. But Im def going to switch to another dr office. This one is terrible. Front desk is lazy, rude, unwelcoming, unpleasant, incompetent, and even when u call 2 months ahead for a simple vaccine, they dont have it when u go to get it. Worst office Ive ever been to

I had an overall great experience at this place and that says a lot coming from me because I am extremely picky. The front office was very clean with new furniture lots of magazines and a small area for children to play. They also have a water cooler so you can grab some water while youre waiting. The front desk lady was very upbeat and pleasant to deal with. She was extremely understanding compassionate and helpful. I had to wait an hour in the waiting room but considering how much time the doctor spent with me I didnt mind the wait. Dr. Goodman was extremely knowledgeable compassionate and understanding. She took my whole story into account and treated my body as a whole. I really appreciate all of the natural resources that she gave me to help find Healing. Im so used to going into the doctors office and waiting an hour only to be seen for 10 minutes by a doctor who doesnt even listen to you and just prescribes you whatever you need. So coming to see dr. Goodman was extremely refreshing since she actually takes her time with you as a patient to learn your history and your needs.

Absolutely terrible. There is a complete lack of respect and compassion from the staff here. Was provided the wrong address when I called to make an appointment, when I managed to find the place the doors were locked with during business hours with other patients present, rather then getting up to open the door I just got stared at while pulling and knocking until another gentleman came up behind me, THEN they got up to open the door. Trying to explain concerns about my health were met with the stereotypical in one ear and at the other, and in the end I feel like my concerns were completely ignored. There is 0 chance I will be returning, I should have trusted the yelp reviews rather than googles.

HORRIBLE, will never visit here again - came in for an annual check up and to address a serious / disabling injury in my back - Ty was nice and did the exam, that part was ok... I requested an immediate referral to a chiropractor or PT for help with my back, after 6 very painful days of repeated calls back to them (at least 5 times) I finally gave up, never did get any follow up help, referral or guidance. I very much get the sense that these guys are just pushing heads through the door, compounded by incompetent receptionists.

I love this place I take my daughter here for anything and everything, they are kind and I feel that they really care about the health of my daughter! They are always friendly, they take her insurance, which she gets threw the state, and they always make sure I have all the information I need before I leave. They are quick and efficient in any tests they have to do for her and she loves going there (nothing like a 2 year old whos not afraid of the doctors!!)

Worst experience ever. Never ever go to this clinic. I been to Dr 3 days ago. They didnt send the prescription to pharmacy. After 3 fax from pharmacy they still did not send it. Now after running out of medicine I dont have any option but to wait for the miracle to happen and they send the prescription to pharmacy. Very irresponsible staff and system.

New client there, they take my insurance and the nursing staff is very nice and caring. The front desk girls are a bit eh, they never really seem like they are happy to be there. I like my doctor she is upbeat and nice and I feel like she cares.

Absolutely horrible do not come here! I had an 9:30am appointment and the doctor did not see me til 10:15am. What is the point of an appointment? It took them 3 days to get back to my pharmacy so they can fill my prescription.
