The folks at Eye Care Focus are awesome. I have been seeing them for years, and they never fail to take good care of my vision needs. From my reception when I walk in the door, to the tech who runs the basic test equipment, to Doctors Royce and Brist and the opticians, I feel welcomed, valued, and cared for. Queen for the day! I love the Optimap instead of getting my eyes dilated, and all equipment in the office seems to be pretty cutting edge. There are plenty of styles available in the frame department, too. Im not the most fashionable person, but I have always found something to fit my tastes. Service is fast, too. My exam and consult for new glasses went smoothly, with very little sitting around waiting. I had brought my tablet to entertain myself, and never got a chance to pull it out. New glasses have always arrived before I expect them. And when Ive had lense scratches, the turnaround with the repair was toot-suite. Bottom line: I trust Eye Care Focus with my eyes.

I like this outfit a lot. Been going here for years now & always get treated like a king. They have taken me through several prescriptions & now are guiding me through cataracts removal. This is something you only want experts for & I have full trust in them! Dec. 2 -2015 Cataracts removed (both eyes) and doing great, much better vision & only need readers glasses now (over the counter & cheap) I still have glaucoma but Dr. Thompson is staying on top of that very competently! My vision is in excellent hands!!

After having used Lenscrafters, and Kaiser for my eye care needs, I went to Eye Care Focus in Springfrield, OR. The detail of service is the very best I have EVER received. The eye professionals will work with you until you have the perfect solution for your eyes. I have purchased eye glasses and the exam and fitting were very professional and eveyone made me feel comfortable. The office is very clean and there are a large variety of eye glass frames from which to choose.

Everyone I have had contact with at Eye Care Focus is genuinely nice and helpful. Dr. Royce is knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. I did not feel rushed like I have in some offices. All my questions were answered - even some I hadnt thought of asking. Kelly is wonderful in helping to choose the frames that fit ones face and the right color. I laughed a lot when I was there last but even so it is a very professional place. I love this office.

Daughter had an appt on a Monday at 8:30 and was told she needed glasses. She picked them out and was told 2 weeks. Tuesday afternoon they called to say her glasses were ready. Less than a 36 hour turn around. They have a customer for life.
