I got my daughters glasses through them, however they werent the right prescription, so we had to wait to get another set. Then, when the frames broke, I called them up to see if it was covered to get another frame. I was supposed to get a phone call letting me know if it was covered, but I never did and I never got the chance to call during their hours with my school and work schedule. After a couple weeks, I gave them a call and found out they hadnt been ordered. It showed that I was supposed to get a call, but it showed I never was. Now, we have to wait another week or so for the frames to arrive. They need a better system of checks and balances.

Excellent experience, moved to this office to continue seeing Dr.Crossland. A very caring doctor and staff: professional, friendly, thorough and competent. From initial greeting, through exam, frame selection and insurance processing - everyone is kind and helpful. Would highly recommend to others.

From the warm, friendly staff to Dr. Clevelands professionalism mixed with humor, I thoroughly enjoy my visits to Complete Vision Center. It feels like family. Although their office is quite a bit out of my way, I wouldnt think of going anywhere else for my eye care.

The staff are very friendly and work with your insurance as well. The eye doctor is extremely knowledgeable and walks you through each of the steps of what he does and explains how it relates to your eye health. Love the place and would highly recommend it!
