Willowbrook Veterinary Hospital is AWESOME! My cat was very ill. I had been to TWO other veterinarians before i went to Willowbrook that day to try and help( save) my cat. The first one quoted me $1300.00 ! And told me if I could not pay that my cat would die very shortly if i couldnt come up with the money,They were very pushy( I felt like I was at a used car dealership)and i left in tears. The second vet I tried did not even have a time open to see me!( even after I explained what my situation was) .As a last hope (i thought) I called Willowbrook and a VERY nice lady answered the phone and I explained my desperate situation to her. she told me to come right in and they would see if the Dr. could help me. Not getting my hopes up I went right over. I told them my financial limitations and they worked with me to help me and my kitty . They were so nice , understanding and helpful. I will be eternally grateful to Dr. Christensen and his staff for saving my cats life and my sanity. Dr. Christensen is now going to be the only vet I will be bringing my pets to from now on, Thank you Willowbrook Veterinary Clinic !

Loved, loved, loved my experience here! Ive been to several vets to try to find one who was caring but also reasonable and I think Ive found my pick. The staff somehow managed to keep my usually psycho kitty calm during her initial evaluation, they were awesome about boarding and working with my work schedule, and their pricing was great. The previous vets Ive been to felt like a Jiffy Lube - the doctors suggest a ton of of services and/or medications and you feel like your animal is going to keel over dead or your an uncontentious pet owner if you dont fork over $500. This vet laid out my options clearly without being pushy about suggesting extra procedures and products. And they gave me some affordable preventative care options, rather than trying to schedule extra procedures. Ive only been once, but Ill be back!

We started coming to Willowbrook Vet in 1998 when we first moved to the area and our dog was sick when we got home from work at 5:00. We called all the close vets and they all said were closing we can see you tomorrow - Willowbrook said they would wait for us if we could get there in 15 minutes and they were very compassionate when we got there. We have had 2 cats with health problems that Dr. C treated until their later years and the same with our dog. We now have two more dogs and hes still treating them. Dr. C is wonderful and has referred our youngest dog to a dermatologist for allergies when his treatment wasnt working. Cant ask for a better vet and his staff is phenomenal.

My husband and I just moved back to the area and our dog has been having some tummy issues. I called Willowbrook and OVER THE PHONE told me what it sounded like and gave us an "at-home" remedy and then said if it didnt get better to come in. Amazing! All the other places we called wanted to set up appointments and "couldnt make an assumption over the phone" because APPARENTLY it could be "a million things". And yet this place knew EXACTLY what was going on from the description i gave and now our dog is feeling so much better. So relieved to have found them plus they are right down the street from where we live! We are definitely coming here from now on!

I heard that Dr. Quinn Christenson was one of the best small animal vets to take my sick bunny for care. I found out at that first visit Dr. Christenson is like Dr. Doolittle - He doesnt just listen to the pet with a stethoscope, but with his hands, eyes and care in his heart. Its the attitude and skills of the office staff and vet assistants that make Willowbrook over the top for animal care. Very professional, yet warm and friendly - My bunnies wont let just anyone pick them up and carry around and pet - only the ladies at Willowbrook get that privilege. I know this is the right place to bring my babies.

Very professional office. Dr. Christensen is very efficient, compassionate, and friendly. We like the way he reviews his findings and shares his thoughts on a problem. Our dog had an eye injury that he quickly worked up, provided a treatment plan and reviewed it for our understanding. The next morning, the eye looks very good and is well on the way to a full recovery. We are very pleased.

I have had 2 cats under the loving care of Dr. Quin and his staff for several years. No one likes going to the vet, but they have made me and my girls so comfortable with their kindness and concern. Their personal touch is awesome and beyond compare. Do your babies a favor and make Dr. Quin their doctor!

Very friendly support staff, and Dr Quin is a very knowledgeable veterinarian. We recently adopted an older dog, who they saw (without charge as it was our first visit), diagnosed with a couple of cysts, and were able to schedule the pupper in for surgery within 10 days to have them tested and removed.
