This vet hospital is horrible ! The Tec Jim H is unprofessional and a very angry man. I have a pom that was scheduled for bloodwork for seizures ans was NOT told she needed to fast before her bloodwork.i rearranged my entire day to get this procedure done only to find out it could not be done because i did not have her fast. I explain my frustration only to be told by the tech Jim H that i could go elsewhere if i didnt like it ! I was also given 3 different prices on the lab work and was charged the more than quoted. This establushment also gave my pregnant dog a chewable flea tab called Resolution when it was not recommended for pregnant dogs. Jim H ( The Tech ) lied to the owners about his behavior and now i have to change vets. If you want honesty and a tech who is not angry with the world , i recommend you go elsewhere ! The staff are not happy people !!!! Your response to my review is the most dishonest response i have ever seen ! Sugar coating your rude and hateful staff will not bring or keep clients. There was never a disruption on any visit ever ! I am astounded you are lying ! Your staff and tech Jim H did not give. Pre testing instructions and was not sympathetic to disrupting our day as we had to re schedual. Wendy the manager lied to the owners of both Keizer and south salem offices to cover her techs rudeness !! Look thru the reviews....you will see there are others who have complained about the staff here. Nice try !!!

The best veterinarian service in Salem. My wife and I have taken our cat into the vet 4 times. Well actually 5 times but we left one before we even saw the vet because the waiting room and waiting time didnt sit well with us. Anyways, Willamette Valley Animal Hospital was hands down the best experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and above and beyond helpful. The vet was informative, did not try to push products on us, and helped us save some money! Thank you Willamette Valley Animal Hospital and thank you Dr. Names for the wonderful visit.

Our dog Stanley Lightfoot is a rescue dog with a fear of strangers and strange places. This office and the vets and people assisting here are amazing. They treat Stanley with respect and kindness and I know he is welcome here. They know he needs a quiter less busy environment for his occassional visits each year and we totally appreciate it. Thank you so much for being here with these guys in mind too. xoxoxo

This was s friendly atmosphere and the Veterinarian was great with my dog! Only one glitch, watch the exact amount you pay and pay attention to the change! I was out an additional 15 dollars, I paid with a hundred dollar bill and a twenty and only recipient change for 105.00, when I mentioned it, the gal got real defensive and snippy!

Both visits to this Vet were great! Quickly taken back to a room. Both vet and tech were kind with Jasper and very knowledgeable! Cost was comparable to other clinics in the area. Nice, clean atmosphere.
