We went to this vet yesterday. They were rude and dismissive. We took our dog in because she had some goopy eyes and generally wasnt feeling well. I had called and explained everything before we picked them as we dont have a vet in our new town yet. My husband took our dog in. She had no fever and no signs of dehydration. After an all too quick exam he was presented with over $700 worth of things she "needed". When he was surprised and asked for it to be reviewed he was met with a rude staff who he could hear talking about how he wasnt spending enough through the door! Then they came in with a $500 bill. At that point he was so frustrated he asked if we could start her on the antibiotic and "watch and wait" to see how she would do. They told him he couldnt fill the scripts anywhere but there. Obviously not true so he just smiled and left fully understanding what was going on. When he explained this all to me I was furious so I called. The rude vet tech who answered tried the same lines with me. When I was adamant I knew I could get the meds online he backtracked and then it was a cost of $10 per script just to WRITE them! Even though we had already paid for the visit that resulted in not even a preliminary diagnosis. Then the actual vet got on the phone and was incredibly rude so I realized I was just wasting time and hung up. When I put a review on Facebook the vet proceeded to act like I was trying to get free services by giving an honest review! And then all of a sudden our dog was "very sick" and the experience with my husband was wonderful? Now my husband is one of those people who gets along with everyone so when hes upset about someone I know it was an awful situation. And hed sell his soul for his dog so if he didnt find a way he really felt like it was ridiculous. Dont worry they said about the cost just put it on credit! Soooo... Its ok to rip people off because they can pay it back little by little? Please be cautious when going here. We ended up throwing out $50 we could have put to her care.

I could write about how amazing Town and Country is and has been with my past and present furry family. In fact, I had written a thesis paper review but started over because I sounded like a teenage boy in love for the first time. That said, Town & Country Animal Clinic feels like a warm blanket when you go in. Many years ago they had determined that my cat had been poisoned and I vividly remember during that tough time (during and after my cat passed away) the amazing support from the T&C staff. The staff are friendly, helpful and always willing to help educate their customers on how to improve the lives of pet and owner. Brad is especially helpful. He, like the rest of the staff, always point out your options and they can point out the absolute best logical path forward. You come away feeling like they are really good at what they do and more than that you can relax knowing they would treat your furry friend as family. Simply put...T&C ROCKS!!!

I had a very disappointing vet experience at this clinic. After taking my dogs vitals, we were kept waiting without explanation for ~25min in the exam room. I felt that the technicians we overly rough with my injured and visible nervous/uncomfortable dog. I had to step in to assist them, something all previous vets/vet technicians had invited me to do *beforehand* whenever interacting with one of my nervous pets. They did not seem empathetic - a trait that I think is particularly important when interacting with animals, who cannot communicate as effective with us. I was irritated by the condescending language of the vet herself. I will not be returning to this clinic again.

While the receptionist and techs were extremely kind and very helpful....the vets themselves left a bit to be desired. When you SAY you are going to call back....please, do so....I sat for a week with a pretty sick dog, waiting to hear from them. I didnt really feel as tho they were listening to me, or giving me credit for knowing my dog better than they do, as far as whats normal for him. Alls well that ends well however, as today he seems to be well on his way to recovery.

I brought my dog in and told them he looked bloated. I was told he was fat - which he wasnt, which I told them. A week or 2 later he was lying on his side and had a large hump sticking up from his abdomen. I took him to a different vet who immediately checked him and found a hematoma the size of a small football. Within 3 days he had his spleen and the hematoma removed. I was told to be very careful during those 3 days because the hematoma could burst and kill him.

I took my Animals their for a cpl years, they laid off my pets DR, then the office Mgr and it all went down hill from their, every time I went in new staff, must be a reason! Rude people to long staning clients, acting like we are new when they are. Now they pay their Dr.s on how much the bill is, bad for comsumer good for owner. When I complained owner said I was wrong, they will not benefit from my hard earned $ in the future, run dont walk from them!

They got me in very quickly. I was in an unusual situation taking care of a friends cat in Corvallis and only in town for a limited time. They had no regular appointments left for the day, but when I explained my situation, they managed to squeeze me in with a smile and excellent care! They apologized for a slightly longer wait time, which was very understandable! If I lived in Corvallis, this would be my regular veterinary clinic for my own animals.

Had the best experience with Dr. Westin as well as with her support staff; extremely courteous, professional, and established a great rapport with my horse! She even asked me how my school was going the next time I saw her for a follow up. The procedure went very well and I had no concerns about pain management, no problems with infection, and the scarring was extremely minimal (almost unnoticeable). I would not hesitate to return here with any animal.

Once upon a time they had someone at the reception desk who was awful. So awful that we stopped going there. Then, when we were desperate for someone to see our doggy, we braved T & C again and behold! The terrible person was gone! Replaced by wonderful, friendly staff. And a camel. Nothing is perfect. They pressured us pretty hard to get flea meds, but overall theyve been great. Responsive, helpful, professional.

Ever since I can remember Ive been bringing my animals to Town & Country Animal Clinic. Ive lived in Corvallis, Oregon my whole life until 5 years ago. My job moved me to Houston, Tx; But every chance I get to come home I bring Thelma my 4 year old Weimaraner. We make appointment to see Dr. Ann weston at Town & Country Animal Clinic for all of her medical, dental and vaccinations.
