I am so VERY impressed with this clinic. The front staff is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and willing to help with any questions you may have. They are patient with everyone who walks in the door. The Doctors and back staff are just as kind, patient, and super friendly. I havent see this type of client service since I left Minnesota and my favorite clinic there in 2009. My five year old Aussie/BC girl was ill and I am a new client, I intended to start there when her vaccines can due in the middle of January,however, as you may know Murphys law took over and I had to go on the 31st. of December. Instead of taking her to my current place, which I knew I would not have gotten an appointment, I called Creekside, they got me in that day. My girl is extremely cautious of new places and especially people. The entire staff took their time with her and made HER feel comfortable with them. (instead of dragging her back, muzzling her, and hurrying up so they could get on with their day.) My blood work came back and the Doctor called and went over all the details with me, all labs looked good, so the Doctor discussed with me the possibility of a food allergy. (which has not occurred with the past veterinary clinics) My girl is now in the process of food allergy testing and eliminating to see if this has been her problem all along. I cannot express my GRATITUDE to the entire staff on the time and patience that was given to my chicken-girl to make her feel at ease and comfortable when she was ill and afraid. Thank-you Creekside Veterinary Clinic! I will recommend you to all who ask!

I have quite a few ratties and started seeing Dr. Eggert when I moved to OR in 2015. Its about an hr drive for me and she quickly recommended someone closer to home for me. However, the focus to care, the inimitable service, and devotion to treat each baby that crosses their door is invaluable. One visit at the recommended vet and I was back at Creekside. Dr Eggert and her staff have always been truly amazing. The care and focus they pay to each of my munchkins is real service. There have been a few times when I couldnt get in to see Dr. Eggert and was scheduled with Dr. Strahon. The first appointment, I was initially nervous about seeing someone else. That was quickly dissipated on meeting Dr. Strahon. I can say I have NO reservation about letting either of these doctors care for my babies. Thank you, Creekside, for being the best care for my family.

I just recently got a red tailed boa and I was calling around for a vet that would take snakes before I needed a vet and my experience so far with them just by calling them was great. Very nice and very willing to help. The receptionist was able to answer all my questions and was caring enough to talk to me about the snake personally :) I will be taking my snake here :)

When I bring my Chameleon in the go out of their way to try to make sure it is both a safe & comfortable trip for both of us. Chameleons can be difficult animals to care for and even more difficult to find a knowledgeable vet to take them to. I am very lucky to have had someone refer them to us.

I take my bunny, chinchilla, and corgi to Dr Eggert and she is fantastic with each of them. She takes the time to answer my questions and is always available by phone if I have a follow up question. The rest of the staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable. I couldnt ask for a better vet!

I just got 2 new bunnies and I took them in for a check up and everyone was great! Knowing I had never owned bunnies before the Dr answered all my questions before I even asked them and she was doing research for me on her computer. I will continue seeing this vet for my bunnies!

Only small animal vet in the Salem area so not many options for rats, hampsters, etc. But thankfully theyre great people. Theyre reliable, affectionate, and prices are very reasonable and always very clear. No surprises like the vet we just switched from.
