I am a first time puppy owner and when it came to her first vet visit I was put at ease with their knowledgeable staff. They humored all of my questions and provided helpful advice on a range of puppy issues from food to flea/tick treatment. My pup Indiana was incredibly excited for her visit and to calm her down they were prepared with a spoonful of peanut butter. The visit concluded with not only the medication needed, but also helpful pamphlets on basic puppy care. I wholeheartedly recommend Ivens-Bronstein! Thanks for taking care of me as much as my pup!

We have been taking our pets here since 2000. In total they have cared for 2 dogs and 3 cats of ours. They have been competent and caring even during the most difficult phases of our pets lives. They also board/kennel animals. I reccomend them enthusiastically and without hesitation
