LOVE this vet. We found it when we first moved into the area (2011), and continued to come here after moving further away. We are so sad that we are now too far (3+ hours) to continue coming here and now have to find a new vet. Doc is wonderful. Staff are friendly and helpful. Doc and staff always remember my dogs by name when we come in. Prices are VERY reasonable, and we are never pushed to do anything unnecessary for our pets. I always feel well taken care of and my dogs always seem comfortable. An FYI - when you call, its likely youll get their voice mail. Leave a message - they call you back every time. Also, FYI - I think word is out on how awesome they are, because they are always busy. It was easy to plan appointments ahead of time, but they are also wonderful about taking you without an appointment if there is an emergency situation (which weve had before.) You cant go wrong with this place!

I will agree with above posters that its not the cleanest animal hospital Ive ever been to, but then again.... pets do stink. :) If you can get over that... the place is WONDERFUL! Dr. Tavory and the techs are so personable and genuine. We have been taking our 3 cats here for 5 years. The prices are well under what weve paid at larger hospitals. One of our cats had crystal blockage at one point.. when the catheter attempt did not work, he had to have life-saving surgery. The doctor did an amazing job and our cat is just fine now. He also explains things very clearly and never rushes you out of the office. He has even let us look under the microscope and look through his books so that we understand exactly what is going on! If you want a doctor that truly cares about your animals... not just your $$$ this is the one!!!

When we got our baby kitty we were unsure where to go to get her checked up on and spayed. Wed heard some horror stories about some other places around here (Philadelphia area), and the reviews seemed to point to this place being a good choice. Im happy to say the reviews proved a good predictor of our experience. The woman who does the intake/takes the phone calls is very very nice and is clearly very caring in regards to the animals that pass through their hospital. We got our kitty back in great shape - they even gave her a little bath (she peed in her cage on the way...she doesnt like cars). In summary, I highly recommend this vet. I was on the receiving end of some very good vibes from the moment I stepped in the door, a strong feeling that their interests lie in helping animals above all else (making money, etc).

Ive gone to other places and none stack up to here. This Veterinarian could possibly be the best ever. Hes the Warren Buffett to veterinary medicine. I have brought over the past 24 years, 5 cats, 3 dogs, and he instantly knows whats wrong with the animals, he instantly knows how to treat/ manage a sickness. When you call your financial advisor you expect him to be a professional and know instantly when you ask for advise about a certain investment. That is how this doctor is. He is never stumped or never dumbfounded. He always will find a solution and wont just make something up and pass you on. I highly recommend him.

My dog has disliked plenty of vets in the past, but shes always genuinely excited to step inside Dr. Tavorys hospital (no doubt because of the attention she receives from the assistants). Weve had a number of surgical procedures performed here (removing cramped teeth and a cyst on her ear) and Ive been consistently impressed. I was particularly impressed by the ear surgery. A chunk was removed, but after it all healed up you could never tell, and her ears are as expressive as ever. A very skillful hand! So, if you can get past the waiting room chairs that needed replacing years ago, this is a great vet.

EXCELLENT! Ive always wanted to take my dogs to a Vet thats sincere, loving toward animals, and just plain genuine! Dr. Tavory is truly the best veterinarian Ive been to over the last 20 yrs! He also does not overcharge his patients! What a gem to find in Conshohocken! I will never go anywhere else, unless I move to another State, but not likely in the next 10 yrs or so!

Yes, the office needs to be clean but they really are great with animals. Their prices are more than reasonable so I just hold my nose and hope the wait isnt too long. The vet takes time and he doesnt try to upsell you expensive food or extra meds that you dont need. If you are a pet lover but dont need papering this is the best place around.

They never answer the phone... they may call back and leave a message but when you try to return the call, no one answers again!!! No computer system to look up information or share records... didnt know whether the cat I was fostering was male or female as they had both written down on different papers...

Ive been going here for less than a year, but Ive only had great experiences with the vet. He is patient and explains everything and takes great care of my senior dog. He is much more reasonably priced than any vets my dog has seen in the past 5 years.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful vet with reasonable prices and no hard sells on anything unnecessary. Its not anything fancy, but Ive gotten nothing but excellent care and advice from them.

Yes, as far as phone answering - maybe they arent the best, but when you bring your furry child in they take care of it like their own. And the doctor is truly wonderful
