My 5 year old cat Mookie had kidney failure and the staff at Aston Vet helped me keep her comfortable and content for an entire year. The special diet, fluid treatments and special medication allowed her to be home, happy and with me longer than I hoped. We visited them every 3 to 4 days for fluids so there were many women there that contributed to her extended life. And the doctors helped me make the very difficult decision that the treatment was no longer working and it was time for me to let her go. I will never forget their kindness to Mookie and me during this time. THEIR love for animals allowed me to show extra love and care to my pal. I have 2 other cats and would recommend this office to anyone who loves their cats and dogs. I cant imagine a better place.

Got a 4 week old kitten off a farm this past week. I had just moved to the area with my wife and did not know of any local vets. A quick google search and I narrowed it down to a few. I saw Aston Vet Hospital had decent reviews with two 1-star reviews which made me leery. I then compared facebook pages and saw that AVH is considerably more well known and higher volume so you are bound to get one or two sticklers (or false reviews.) What a good choice Aston Vet is. The staff is remarkably kind and professional. Also as a new client, they are very welcoming and Im honestly so baffled where the bad reviews came from. Bottom line is: IF YOU NEED AN AWESOME AND HELPFUL VET- LOOK NO FURTHER. Youll want to tell your friends and family about this place.

A bad combination of rude treatment by one in particular front end staff, "misinformation" given twice by staff, and lack of flexibility or willingness to stand by what they say has resulted in me not being able to give my FIV+ cat his medicine on time. The right vet for me and my animals will put the care of the animal first, which is definitely not the case of the Aston Vet Hospital. Ill be pulling the records of my 2 dogs and cat immediately and will never return. The rude front end staff worker opened my package of the wrong medicine ensuring that I wont be able to exchange it for the correct medicine anywhere else.

On Oct 1, 2012, the family dog, Rocky, was brought in to Dr. Deborah Bryzinski at Aston Vet. Now Rocky had not been to a vet in over 3 years. He needed everything done to see if he was healthy and how healthy he was? Well, Doc. B and staff spent over a hour ++ on Rocky. As you would imagine Rocky was not most cooperative patient but the Dr.Bs wonderful staff was caring and compassionate as if Rocky was their own dog. How about that!! Cudos to the staff ! As for Dr. B she was just outstanding. So if your area and looking for vet to take care of you family pet you will love Dr. Bryzinski and her wonderful staff.

We recently had to put our dog down and the entire Aston Vet staff were very supportive, caring and understanding to our sorrow. Our dog was 14 years old and had some serious medical issues. The Doctors who cared for him and prescribed the medicine that he had to take daily for 2-3 years, allowed us to have him around with us longer than was expected. I would recommend the Aston Veterinary Hospital to anyone who has a sick animal. They are #1 in my book.

The doctors seem knowledgeable, but there is is a definite problem with the front end staff. When you enter, seldom does anyone look up to you. They say over their shoulder as they deal with "more important" issues, hello. IF youre lucky! Most times, one is ignored for several minutes and only then addressed in a rather surly fashion. Not a great vet office, merely a competent one.

Awesome people! I called in tonight for a minor concern with my dog, and they got me right in same night. I was seen within 10 minutes or arriving. They were compassionate to me being upset that had to take my dog to another room to cut something from his neck. Best ofall, the price! I was shocked at how little it cost for the care my dog received and three medications!

After bouncing around from vet to vet we finally found Aston Veterinary Medicine. Thankfully we have been using them for years. They are always friendly, helpful, and prompt with call backs etc. They always take the time to reassure and answer questions regardless of how busy it may be. When we need to board our dog weve always been happy with them.

The vets at Aston Vet have been wonderful to my three dogs! They worked with my rescue saint bernard and brought him back to good health! They also worked well with my little dogs, a chi and a pom! They can be pricey- but work well with you if you are firm on what you can afford. They have been a great part of my dogs lives! Dr. Becker is the best!

We are so happy with the care our two kitties have gotten here. Dr. B takes a PERSONAL interest in their care and health. She has called us at home late at night just to see how they are doing (they were fine, thankfully). I wouldnt take them anywhere else! Thank you Dr. B and the whole team upfront, especially Karen!

My cat came home from here and howled in pain as the splint they applied came loose and fell off within 2 hours. I took him back the next day and they acted defensive and really did not want to help me. They cared nothing for the cat himself or his pain. Bad attitude, poor quality care in every aspect.

Although they charge, what I consider, to be higher than average for veterinary services compared to other vets in the area, I would trust my family pets to no other facility. Their services are truly second to none, and the Vets and staff truly seem to care about their pet patients.

The people answering the phones are wildly incompetent. From taking payments to scheduling appointments, there is nothing these people cant make into a problem. If they can screw up such simple things, what is going on behind the scenes with out pets?
